It is certainly a fact that today , traffic congestion is the main concern in metropolises like Los Angeles , London and Hong Kong especially in rush hours caused by the hiking number of cars moving across the city to transfer people . This problem is even evident on weekends and holidays since people usually go for shopping or visit entertainment centerspurposes . Some experts have suggested limiting people’s time spent outside which can be done by giving Technology options . For instance, people can transfer money or order something via the Internet . however , it is depended depends on people’s ‘s will . Some people prefer going to the bank because of the security concerns or some people want to see the product up close . Some experts say officials should locate shopping malls and entertainment facilities in cities boundaries. It reduces traffic on weekends and holidays . but , it makes people travel longer distances and this leadsleading to higher fuel consumption which in turn. more fuel consumption ends up in with air pollution. It may creatinge more problems than it solves . So , In conclusion , There are a few ways to solve this problem like locating building shopping malls outside the city but they also have their own side effects . at first , authorities should consider the pros and cons and then decide which way is more practical .
