Another approach in order for the company to facilitate staff bonding beyond the regular work-place relationships can be holding social events such as monthly gatherings, creating an environment for the employees to get to know each other on a friendlier level. Forming such an atmosphere requires budget and effort from every single member of the company staff. Management is required to lay the ground for employee bonding through holding regular sports and social events, leaving the rest to the staff to form friendships with one another.
