Some people argue that it is more important to have an enjoyable job than to earn a lot of money. Others disagree and think that a good salary leads to a better life. Finding a proper and an adequate job is a controversial issue for every individual and educate during the time. This is a fact that a suitable career is Proportion of happiness and life well-being and none of us can deny it. Job satisfaction leads to contentment in the life, although earning high and living wage salary is not a deniable matter for people in my opinion. People who work in a friendly and enjoyable work atmosphere will be really productive and can boost their own business or a company which they work for. The presence of positive energy between all employees and their managers would lead to acquire welfare in every aspect of the life. For instance, when there is some contradicts between an employee and their boss, this condition is really complex and will make both sides worried. Possibly, they will struggle with the subject of some discussions during the days. On the other hand, some believe that money can bring anything including happiness which is called materialism. They tend to buy luxury goods and prefer to be up-to-date with newly gadgets to show off themselves in society and through it they see satisfaction and welfare in their life. This mindset, following the idea of obtaining more income, cause well-being. They may be work hard without having some leisure times or holidays for resting and relaxation just for obtaining high incomes. To sum up all the statements above, I must say that earning proper income for leading a life in a normal class of the community is a necessity, although the job satisfaction in individuals life are more important. Obviously, not only does money resolve all human issues, but also it is not a flawless key for having felicity.
