Obviously, numerous factors have influence on that and this essay will review some of them. First of all, doing valued or valuable jobs plays a vital role in job satisfaction. Meaning that, they take delight in doing a profitable job for their company as well as their country instead of other quotidian duties. In other words, an individual works hard to utilize his personal skills and gather more experiences along with new knowledge relating to his job. Besides, another group opines that there is a set of environmentally critical circumstances at the work place, which could have direct impact on their efficiency. As an example, they found themselves pleasant pleased with friendly manners of their manager or even colleagues. Another crucial factor is monitory monetary satisfaction. There is no doubt that all the people incur the expenses of life which is ascending nowadays. Because of that, a wellpaid job not only could lead to a deeply satisfying feeling about their career, but also it makes humans’ life as calm as possible. However, being satisfied about the handsome salary is mostly short-term, one who is satisfied with certain amount of money today may ask for more tomorrow. To sum up, undoubtedly the factors related to job satisfaction varies variy from person to person. Therefore, each person should find a job which is more in accordance with their desire.
