Many people have complained about large salaries paid to top executives of major companies Why do you think executives are so well paid? Do you think their large salaries are justified? Companies set the salaries on many factors . one of the major item is education. The level of your education can raise your salary and define your position at work . beocming an executive takes alot of effort and time as well as experince . The importance of experience cannot be denied. We are going to take a deeper look in this essay Firstly i would like to mention that executives all around the world recieve a huge amount of salary and gives the executive alot of power . they play a massive desicion-making role in the office . they have to have data about inside the company and outside of it. Balancing the tension between all the different areas of work could be exhausting.Althought they have a very important job . , we cannot neglect the other parts of the company.Each and every member of the firm counts and should not be forgotten. Secondly , everyone at work are seeking career advancement , which makes it more like a healthy competition . executives are the old member of the company , so they know the company better than the newest members . their salaries are higher than other because of their knowledge of the company. Another point to make is the time they spend . they are on business meetings and on trips most of the time and usually work more than the regular hours. To sum up , i I think executive’s salaries are fair due to their effort and work they put at work and they should be appereciate it by the head directors.
