Some people want the government to spend money on researching life on other planets. Others, however, think it is a waste of public funds and there are too many problems on our own planet to be fixed first. Discuss both views and give you own opinion. While many ask the government to dedicate a specific financiale resource for the studies about the existence of existing life on other planets, others are strongly against this, reasoning we have so many life-threatening problems here on earth, though thus this is a waste of time and budget. When it comes to this notion, I hold the idea that research intoon space, serves as a double-edged sword, I mean while there are certainly valid arguments to the contrary, there are surely benefits of spending on space science. On the one hand, through researches (that have been) done on space science, we have reached many solutions that have eased our lives. These innovations are mainly in mining, security and health. It goes without saying that our mineral resources have dramatically declined, and surely we need to find new sources to replace what we have already used. The good news is scientists succeeded in to finding plenty of sources of helium and iron mines on mars Mars thus far. In the health section for example, we are now using the same methods of purifying water in Sahara as the way scientists use in the International Space Station. That the satellites play a crucial role in our life in both security and telecommunication is an undeniable fact. On the other hand, those who are on the contraryopposed claim that, not only is the budget spent on the space is a waste of money, but it also it reduces the speed of scientific researches on important issues on our planet, earth. They opine that we still could not find a certain cure for terminal diseases such as cancers, Alzheimer's or Ebola. Admittedly, while lacking to in food is killing dozens millions of people in underdeveloped regions, we are not morally allowed to spend our funds on such subjects. By way of conclusion, I would like to note that, while there are certainly valid arguments to the contrary of spending money on research on existence of life on other planets, I believe the merits of these findings far outweigh its their drawbacks. Unlike the way the oppositions think, I believe this is not a luxurious field of study and we surely need the direct or indirect outcomes of this these researches in both now or and in near future.
