Many people believe that women make better parents than men and that this is why they have the greater role in raising children in most societies. Others claim that men are just as good as women at parenting. Write an essay expressing your point of view. Today, especially after women's entry into the male's areas which where traditionally belonged to men, more and more men also attempt to do women's duties at home for helping their spouses and raising children is one of these. Now, the question is whether these novices are the same as women in being an expert parent.? For thousands of years, it was these were women who have accepted/assumed the role of raising children in the early communities and this is the evolution science which gives us hard evidences for this claim. During of million years before emerging of the early modern human, our ancestors gradually divided their tasks between men and women and it this was females who accepted to look after babies and teach them the basic skills for living. According to the latest last findings, this kind of apportionment is still found in the closest human relatives like chimps and gorillas and also in the isolated tribes in Africa or South America. Moreover, natural selection proves that today's mothers have genes which have been remained from their ancestors who had been selected based on their abilities for raising children in the best way. However, although nature has empowered women to nurture the next generation, the modern life is modifying everything, even if they were passed by our genes. Nowadays, most women work out of home and some of them are breadwinners. Therefore, in this circumstance men have to learn more about nurture/raising/rear children and this trend almost has have begun. Now men know a lot of things about raising a child like feeding, playing, teaching and even telling stories before sleep. They are learning to manifest their senses and they try not to not be a just "rough man" who is the symbol of a warrior and power. In conclusion, although these are women who have the real talent to bring up children owing to the hard-wired talent, men also are endeavouring to develop this skill and this is not feasible which one day men and women would exchange their roles.
