95. Some people think governments should spend as much money as possible exploring outer space ( for example traveling to the moon and other planets). Other people disagree and think governments should spend this money for our basic needs on earth. The governments should find and survey the problems and requirements of people, then they should present/propose/provide/offer make a solution for them and they sort them by priority,So one of the most important duties of governments is to decide where they should spend much money.they can make a decision as to that how much money should be allocated for which one. I strongly agree that with the governments should spend as much money as possible for basic needs., first, extending extent the level of education and scientific research, . second, improving healthcare, and third they should control the contamination of our environment. First of all, governments should consider to the growth of education in the country. They should recruit many expert teachers at schools and universities. They should establish specialized universities for specific science. Moreover, the poor people need the government's fund to continue their studies. Not having enough money should not deny students opportunities to get higher education. The governments should make sure everyone can get equal education by funding education systems. All of them are dependent on government's support. Secondly, governments should develop our health. As we see everyday, there are a lot of new diseases and many people died because of infections, cancer, and other sicknesses which the governments should pay attention to them.They should develop most of the medicines to eradicate diseases in current days. In fact, the governments should spend much money to improve hospital's equipment and they build modern hospitals. Also they should allocate money to remedial services for poor people which is to assure ensure them for any diseases. In fact, governments should think about kids's future and take care of our health. Finally, Nowadays, the industrial activities in many countries emit high an intense amount of carbon dioxide, which causes greenhouse effect that leads to changinge the climate. These impact on every living creature in the world, so . So, governments must take care of this issue by declare regulatinge to control emission of carbon dioxide. Also, our environment has been seriously polluted. They should control emission of carbon dioxide, governments should invest in alternative energy like using solar energy instead of coal energy. If we live in good environment, our life would be better. Furthermore, Day and night, we drink contaminated water, we breathe polluted air with full of dust and dirty smoke. Companies continuously emit pollutants into the rivers and surely this real situation will be non – stop because of profits. The only solution is that governments' investment in environmental technology instead of exploring the outer spaces will guarantee the rights of producers and the sustainability of our environment.
