In this day and age, reaching the higher levels of education has become a priority for many youngsters seeking to ensure greater career opportunities in this highly competitive market. However, another group point out that the further you experience different conditions in your professions, the more you are likely to be successful. That is to say, they emphasize the practical aspects of works rather than the theoretical ones. To begin with, being more skillful in order to extend the likelihood of getting a certain job, more individuals would rather leave academies and join real businesses which in turn can be conducive to encountering a variety of conditions that are not investigated in university or college classes. It can be clearly seen that this approach may be effective in careers which involve more manual skills rather than mental and theoretical abilities. For instance, becoming a tailor, people should be trained in workshops for a considerable amount of time and be examined by their tutors in real situations before starting their work. In stark contrast, another types of works not only require a certain amount of knowledge about that area, but also it seems impossible to operate without a valid certificate related to that field. Although, by and large, all of the current professions were implementeding in the past centuries without any proved degree by self‐studied people, nowadays it cannot be acceptable for most citizens to ask for their crucial tasks from unnonacademic people. To make an example, today, it can be ridiculous for us to have treatment for an illness from illiterate individuals. In a nutshell, it depends on the career that may involves experienced or knowledgeable workers though from my point of view, we may find another approach between these two major methods, to experience workplace situations during our studies as part‐time workers.
