I think working is one of the most important factors that could make children ready to face their adult life. Especially for teenagers, because they are in the phase of their life, which they need to gain more experience and form their characteristics. Therefore, I completely behind this statement, and I will posit to reasons for support. To begin with, when a teenager gets a job, he eventually faces so many responsibilities which he should handle them by himself. And this could teach him to be strong, and that he is the only one he should rely on, not other people, which is a valuable lesson toward being more independent. For example, when I was in high school during the summer, my father was always encouraging me to get a job. I listened to him and took a job. At first, it was hard for me to get used to my new responsibilities because, before that, I never had any serious responsibility to worry about. But after a month and right after my first paycheck, I was totally felt utterly different. And Suddenly, it changed the game. I started to feel more independent and more confident, which led to being satisfied with what I was doing and as well myself. Secondly, by encouraging a teenager to get a job, parents help them to understand the value of money. Most of the time, young peoples who get money from their parents would not have any idea about how hard their parents earned that money. It could be beneficial to let teenagers know how hard you have to try to make a single dollar. And As a result, they hopefully understand the concept of saving. I have been starting saving since I got my first experience as an employee. Also, It was important because, before that, I was never thinking of money as a problem. Furthermore, it would be more enjoyable to spend money which you put lots of effort to earn it. To conclude, by encouraging teenagers to get a part-time job, parents doing a huge favor to their children. Because they give their children the opportunity to learn about how hard could it be to earn money and, more importantly, learn how sweet could it be to be more independent.
