Rich countries should not employ skilled labour from poor countries, as poor countries need the workers more. N owadays, development of technology and transportation has led to being closer to each other. Maybe, the distances do not mean which they had in the past. People are travelling to another country as simple as possible for many reasons. Working for a higher salary is one of those. Some developed countries employ the workers who are living far from their families. Meanwhile, some people disagree with this issue and they argue developing countries should utilize their local labor force. Some people believe that the rich countries can hire the skilled workers from the low-level nations because they have a low wage. For instance, Bangladesh workers are the most part of the work force in Qatar which is preparing for the World Cup. In addition, some companies intend to use the low-wage workers. Not only do they receive the less money but they also do not request any other services like insurance. However, had they found any proper job in their countries, they would not have left their homes. On the other hand, some people opine the rich countries also steal the workers especially young ones from other nations. The poor countries are developing and they need these employers more than their rich counterparts. Besides, going abroad has several problems which homesickness is one of those. It can have several destructive mental problems especially on sensitive individuals. Plus, some workers deceived by high salary and good position but it is an empty promise. In other words, although they are enticed by the some companies, they will face a mirage at last.In conclusion, I personally believe each nation should use its own workers. Reversely, some countries which do not have sufficient young labor force for implementing big projects have to hire foreign skilled workers provided that there should not be any obligation in these cases.
