However, others claim that we can change the environments unless finding our precisely suitable position. From my point of view, it depends on the persons and their jobs, as well as selecting both of them can be profitable. On the one hand, many individuals argue that they should work for just one company throughout their life. First, they can learn the methods of the specific strategies of that company. For example, a friend of mine who has a lot of experiences and is successful in her position points out me that she has learned these skills by focusing the ways of her company. Second, becoming familiar with the companies and feeling comfort in them takes a lot of time and by working in a place we respect and save our time. On the other hand, other people pretend they should have opportunities to finding out which of the environments is enjoyable for them, also they refer tocorporate in different groups can improve our personality and cause becoming more sociable. Furthermore, sometimes meeting new persons can optimize our energy and further the efficiency of works. For instance, disappointed with the Google state, Mr. Haffman replaced his company in Linux. Moreover, He found his happiness place and get a lot of valuable achievements. In addition, not only was he not regret of switching but also the new situation was assume for him. From my perspective, both of these choices can have their own benefits. Nevertheless, I strongly believe, I should further my career by working in distinct unities. Not only is it such a certainly amazing practicing but also I can become familiar with the way that societies work. By way of concluding, there are many beliefs about the subject, but we can choose the best treat by noticing our situation.
