In spite of the advances made in agriculture, many people around the world still go hungry. Why is this the case? What can be done about this problem? In recent years, there has been a huge increase in population of world,. it is said that the food we are producing would be enough for current population but it is not. Many people around the globe are sleeping hungry. There are multiple reasons that/why people who are starving due to lack of food. Through this essay, I would like to discuss the main reasons and what can be done to improve this state of people around us. We had a news on CNN about people dying due to starving, and insufficient food. Firstly, this is due to the increase in the population and enhancement of technology, less people are getting jobs to survive themselves and many of them earning quite less money which is not sufficient for them to provide the adequate food. This is causing hungriness in many countries. For instance, CNN was focusing on India and Africa … the percentage of people die due to above cause. Many people earn less than a USD per day and have many member in their family to survive by them so this money is not enough. Though, now and days, many advancement has been made for the growth of agriculture and food, however, this is not enough for the overall population of the world, this might not be reaching to the needy. Another major cause is that, the agriculture land is being used for providing the space for living and it is reducing at a rapid rate. The main solutions to the above problems are the following: Firstly the government should put certain measures to reduce their country population growth. A good example of this is that, India have announced that, there will not … any government jobs for the person who have more than three children. Secondly, government should plan to increase the wages of poor, a minimum wages should be given to them in any firm. Lastly, government should upgrade the education level of people of their country so that in future they can earn enough money to survive them. To sum up, we have many problems that are causing hungriness to people around the world; however, certain initiatives suggested above could help the country as hole to mitigate this issue.
