Disruptive school students have a negative influence on others. Students who are noisy and disobedient should be grouped together and taught separately. Agree or disagree? The educational system has developed in the recent decades and different attitudes towards class management and how to address children who disrupt the classroom have been presented. In case of disruptive pupils, as a result of the negative effects of their misbehavior, some believe that they should be separated from other learners while others go for inseparable classes; Grouping noisy and problematic students not only do does not provide them with better education, but also makes them lazy and ill personality-wiseregarding the character. Therefore, putting children with different manners and talents next to each other would result in a better solution on the following grounds. First of all, this issue should be taken into consideration that schooling aims at educating learners. Denying the influence of children on one another in an educational year is illogicalout of mind. In other words, where were disobedient students- who usually are not as active as others- grouped together separated from quiet obedient quiet ones, there would be no motivation for the former to study more and follow the classroom rules of classroom, and there would be no role model solely other than classmates with the same as ofsimilar to them. Presence of sharp, well-mannered good learners among these groups can motivate others and help them to ask for solutions toof lessons’ problems. In addition, as a teacher, I do believe that where were an instructor to categorize learners, with different manners and levels of understanding of the lessons, not only does itwould it provide pupils with more efficiency, but also it would ease the process of teaching and make the class atmosphere less tense and boring. Another point worth to be mentioned is mental and spiritual status of children in the separate groups. Hencesimply put/that is to sayu, grouping or classifying children can affect their perspective towards themselves which causes low self-esteem and boredom. Such discrimination roots is rooted in the teachers’ focus on disability; when a child encounters with such situations and is kept in an inferior status, it leads to depression and underestimating his abilities. All in all, in a classroom with a large number of students with various behaviors and talents, the most effective method to improve the class efficiency is asking children to have group work, but the groups including all individuals – obedient or disobedient, quiet or noisy; such a technique would prevent degrading learners’ personality and their persistence on in their wrong doing and at the same time assists the self-awareness about their manners towards others.
