Some people say that the only reason for learning a foreign language is in order to travel to or work in a foreign country. Others say that these are not the only reason why someone should learn a foreign language. Discuss both these view. Language is the primary tool that human beings communicate with. Although people of each nation dominate have mastery over their own language, a portion of their population engages in educating other languages as well. This essay discusses whether their purpose of learning another language is for traveling and profession or some other matters. Firstly, that numerous individuals are tending to go abroad in order to work or travel has caused them to learn another language besides their own. On one hand, they acquire an ability which contradistinguishes them at work or even educational environments. On the other hand, communicating with others of different nationalities would be more facilitated in that case. Imagine a situation in another country and compare the merits and demerits of knowing their language. Without knowing that language, everyone has to do pantomime for to expressing thoughts whereas the foreigners would or would not understand them. On the contrary, there would be opportunities to find local friends there and while havinge a memorable and joyful time. Secondly, educating learning foreign languages is becoming increasingly widespread in the globe. In a large far number of countries, another language is a part of their curriculum, depending on the priorities of the country's education and policy. Their obligatory obligation would probably create urge in students to learn another language. The other issue which has encouraged parents and adults to study a foreign on exotic language or make their children to do it is the miraculousle impact of this action on the brain. Research conducted revealed, memorizing and endeavor made to learn and speak in a different language, except the mother tongue one, decline minimise the possibility of getting Alzheimer’s disease. By this approach, grey cells of the brain become stimulated and active. Not only does it assist in brain efficient functionality but also it results in eimproving self-confidence and psychological improvement. To sum up, I opine that learning a foreign language has become a part of people's extra curriculum activities. It is not only for fulfilling the aim of travel and work and also for enhancing their social, psychological and mental condition.
