Nowadays the way people interact with each other has changed because of technology. In what ways has technology affected the types of relationships people make? Has this become a positive or negative development? Today, it would be not possible to imagine the world without using the Internet and our connected devices. We have built a complex and worthwhile network with our friends, colleagues and family members by these tools and this network is being expanded every day. These changes have been so numerous that have been considered a revolution in our life. Primarily, technology has a positive effect on the pace and quality of communication and making/establishing a new relation. Before the invention of the Internet and IT revolution, people had to contact each other via phone or mail and making a relation just happened in the real world and in on special occasions like a party or in workplaces. However, with these innovations, people can find each other easily and in a short time to make a strong relationship. For instance, consider the LinkedIn website. This website has established a platform to provide an opportunity to for skilled workers to communicate with each other and make new connections with their counterparts in other areas. It is a safe, fast and easy way to find a job and share our knowledge with others who seek for someone like us in their business. In addition, modern technologies have removed all distances as barriers. Nowadays, we are not worriedy about our family members and our friends who live abroad and we can maintain our relations with them. For example, parents can see their grandchildren's growing steps/milestones in on Skype, the fruits of life living overseas. Moreover, many of reserved people and introverts establish romantic relations in the virtual worlds like the Facebook and these relationships, contrary to popular belief; it seems that these relations are strong enough to bring joy to their life. In conclusion, although each new phenomenon will have some drawbacks, these new interactional means have transformed and improved our communication ways so that it would be possible to overlook their the downside.
