in many countries children are engaged in some kind of paid work. some people regard this as completely wrong, while others consider it as valuable work experience important for learning and taking responsibilites what are your opinions on this. It has been documented that children from different age groups are involved in labor, some paid and some not. Contrasting views exist on this subject, actually whether offsprings should be employed in any kind of labor or not is a moot point. In the following, I will explore the advantages and disadvantages of it, and later will outline my point of view on this matter. Advocates of the fact that children acquire a lot in working argue that not only do working kids have a higher sense of responsibility but also are better at managing their finances. working at late years of teenagehood, children learn how to accomplish their assigned tasks which can have an undeniablye desirable impact on their level of maturity as well as accepting responsibility. Moreover, that in many cases teenagers have a distorted image of money's value cannot be ignored. pampered with parents' attention, kids are seen who spend a great fortune on for example a meal. Therefore, working for payment can teach them how difficult it is to earn money and might teach them how to organize their income to make the ends meet. Consequently, positive outcomes are eye-catching and should be considered. On the other hand, child labour is an concerning alarming issue, particularly in developing countries. In African and some middle eastern countries, such as Afghanistan, kids at pretty early ages are excluded from their education to work. Neither are they paid fairly, nor are behaved properly. violated and deprived of their basic needs, young children are observed. Therefore, in these scenarios working does not teach them anything but cruelty. Besides that even in developed countries, like Australia, children are not paid as much as their adult counterparts for the same work. It can raise the issue of equality. Therefore, kids might be damaged mentally when they realize this inequality. As a result of that, they might become depressed.Finally, working might affect children's studies at school. For instance, they might not perform well in their exams since they are exhausted. Thus, the negative impacts should be examined and considered.In conclusion, I believe that children can obtain priceless experiences by working, although their age and educational background should be regarded to avoid the drawbacks. It would be really beneficial if governments can could issue introduce supporting laws for children's working rights.
