Do you agree or disagree with following statement? Teachers should be paid according to how much their students learn. Give specific reasons and examples to support your opinion. Teachers play a crucial role in future success of their students. Paying based on what their students learn theatricallytheoretically could be sensible, but practically is much more different. To begin with, I do not agree with the concept of measuring someone's knowledge by an exam. It is just students' ability to score a great mark in exams. In addition, you couldn't be sure if they used whatever they learn, or other reasons such as stress affect what they wrote in their exam. Furthermore, all the students do not have the same pace in learning. Some of them while away time to learning the same lessons than others learn it just in class. So, teachers' salary of both groups is in tie with students' faculty and passionate in learning. For example, I am always quicker at in learning but I am never be a good student at in exams. And I do not think, because of that, my teacher should be paidy less. For illustration,To be illustrated, this condition not only have has an effect on teachers' behavior but also (that of) students. From one side teachers put more pressure on students to earn more money, and it resultsed in making the class stressful for both, the tutor and the tutees. From another side, usinged this way to take revenge about what their teacher did in class, students never learn they should respect their teacher at alleither way. In conclusion, only when students learn better, do they have they an interesting class. It's incumbent on teachers to prepare a fruitful class so that the stress of salary should not influence their mission.
