Both urban settlers and commuters who have to come to the center of large cities will experience another rise in their expenditure. What nudges this problem into a great trouble, according to the opponents, is that the policy will probably be reflected in the cost of products and services offered by the companies into the densely populated city. Other experts, however, introduce the positive impacts on the traffic as well as pollution which every citizen is worried about. If every driver is to proceed into the town with in their private cars, the current state of the congestion will convert into a terrible problem. Besides, reducing the use of private vehicles assists in the removing pollutants from the atmosphere. Hence, the proponents hold that the strategy will certainly make the center of cities an enjoyable place for the general public. On the other hand, the government states that the budget obtained by such payment will be spent on public infrastructures, for instance public transportation, parks, cinemas, and museums. If the resulting income is to be allocated to public transport, concerns over the measure seem to be irrational, since there is no one who does not benefit from the approach. This legislation, consequently, is more likely to make the city center an attractive hotspot for the whole community.
