Some people think that if a country is already rich any addition in economic wealth does not make its citizens happier. Do you agree or disagree with this statement? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience. Not so long ago countries were evaluated in their fortune by their natural sources and they considered these sources as a gift from God. The more resources you had, it might have been translate into happier individuals who lived in your boundaries, but this situation altered/flipped over the time by the achievements in technology. Nowadays, being depended dependence only on natural resources may cause make people more miserable. But how can it be? Being wealthy by natural resources can destroyuct your motivations and destroy any attempt for the better future. It goes without saying that our natural wealth is limited and no one can recreate and replace them. Unfortunately we, human beings, behave towards/treat our assets having as though they are were infinite. Overlooking our usage and not curbing our unnecessary needs may result in living on the edge in the future. On the other hand, considering countries with slight finite resources are really directing informative. As far as cognitive behavior is concerned these countries focused on their limited resources and their usage became to an optimal state. By living on the edge, they put themselves through their usage and focus on the technology they can give to the world, and nowadays by their developments, we, so called rich countries, rely on them. But this is not the end, being poor led their governors to be more better politicians. They concentrated on how they could benefit of from others' resources and it's self-explanatory that in some cases this scheme resulted in colonialism. And nowadays there is "their way or the highway" which rules over the world. We obey them and their technologies show us the path to the future. Countries such as Saudi Arabia, Iran and etc. are the good examples of rich countries who are really relying on others' technologies and there are the miserables whom live in their countries,. in contrastry to other countries such as Japan ,England and so on, which their who dominate words are bought over the world. In conclusion, the rich countries without any economic achievements have no choice but to change in their old procedures. We should believe in that relying on our natural wealth era is over and we are obliged to do more sophisticated attempts to have a better life.
