Many people say that the only way to guarantee a good job is to complete a course of university education. Others claim that it is better to start work after school and gain experience in the world of work. How far do you agree or disagree with the above views? Give reason for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience. In some people’s opinion studying in university and obtaining a degree is the best way to have a good job opportunity. Others believe that it is better to have a work experience in the real world of work earlier after school. My opinion is closer to the former previous idea to some extent while as far as I am concerned, a university degree does is not necessarily/presently means that a person can get a satisfactory job, whereas there are some people who have a very good job without having a university degree. There is no doubt that, gaining a university degree is one of the best ways to find a better job because people are supposed to study and work hard in their specific area and eventually they have a superior understanding of the knowledge in their area, so it causes them to that they have a firm basis in that specific area. As we can see always university education is a symbol of intelligence and diligence for a person. Furthermore, for employers it is a convincing proof for the competence of an employee. In addition, top-level corporations almost prefer to provide more job opportunities for people with a university background. However, university education is not the only way to guarantee a proper job. There are many people without education who are making a great achievements in their working life. Therefore, not all university graduates are able to get themselves a satisfying job. In addition, people who start to work immediately after school instead of going to university have more working experience. Of course on the other hand, in other side, the lack of academic knowledge basis inhibits the development of career life. Research suggests points show that the percentage of university graduates that have better working skills and good job positions are much larger than those who without a university degree. To sum up, in most cases university education is usually the easiest but not the only way to have a good job. Whether to complete a university courses or to start career life early depends on individuals.
