Nowadays all new town planning should include public parks, shopping malls and sport facilities. Do you agree or disagree with this statement? In this rapidly changing world, leisure and sport facilities, has have become a priority for many individuals. bringing a greater sense of joy into your daily routine, spare time activities could improve anybody's every humankinds life quality. I strongly concur with the idea of the multifunctional usage of the towns. Consequently, Recently planned towns, based on an updated design guidelines, should provide the entire facility needs of the residents. Undoubtedly, allocating public places like malls, parks and gyms near inside a town or every residential building would be an effective approach to the traffic congestion. In other words, instant access of inhabitants to their needs could significantly reduce the car use which obviously would have a long-term effect on air pollution. Besides , nearby gyms or public parks facilitate locals' access.give assistance to local's easy public place access. as a consequence ,these designated areas provide noticeable motivation for those looking for human's more physical activities. Furthermore, provision of general facilities/means creates a variety of job opportunities for both residents and non-residents. Public parks, for instance, require park maintenance operation supervisors, coordinators, equipment mechanics and other public places are in need require of these job options as well. However, it is undeniable that population growth may lead into more insecurity. By this I mean that, people in charge should implement strict security measures by installing cameras and hiring professional security guards, otherwise it would be an uncontrolled insecurity putting locals's life in serious danger. Thus, it seems to be fair to say that, although multifunctional town planning might have some disadvantages, but indisputably the benefits overweight outweigh the drawbacks in terms of satisfying many human beings's needs.
