Task: Some international companies are very powerful now and many people believe that it is a negative development. Do you agree or disagree with this statement? Give your reasons and relevant examples. Nowadays there is an enormous number of mega enterprises around the world some of which are excessively powerful. While there are persuasive arguments in favor of this development, others believe that it will have adverse effects on socialsociety. In this essays we will discuss both points of view and finally we will observe the author’s perspective. Firstly, I consider this trend as a positive development due to its great influence on economy. Simply put, the main cause of the high-rate joblessness is the lack of active companies which can recruit individuals, so multi-national companies are the best solution which are able to employ a large number of the unemployedment who whom are breadwinners. On the one hand, these enterprises with their cutting-edge whose laboratories are the leaders of scientific development science developer leader in the world who play a vital role in breakthroughs. For instance, BMW which is one of the best car manufacturers not only expands knowledge, but also creates job opportunities. Secondly, I assert that all the developments have has their adverse effects and such companies are no exceptionthis is not an exception. The Most important demerit of this trend is that many small companies will be bankrupted, for they are not capable to compete with strong enterprises. Moreover, international companies are the ones who set prices in many companies. For example, in my country a large numerous number of construction companies goes bankrupted because some powerful governmental companies with an unlimited resources win all the tender bids. In conclusion, I strongly hold the opinion that strong companies are a must in order to pave the ways for a sustainable development. However, it is incumbent on the government to introduce laws regarding supporting the small and fresh enterprises, otherwise the disadvantages of strong companies outweigh the disadvantages. the disadvantages of that.
