Some people think that parents should teach children how to be good members of society. Others, however, believe that school is the place to learn this. Discuss both views and give your own opinion. It is important to teach children to be good members of society. This cannot be the responsibility of the parents alone. At the first step, parents are in charge of teaching their children social behavior because the family is the first society which a child lives in and learns from. Parents are supposed to tell their offsprings the need to obey the rules of their community and the way to protest those in case it they did not support them. I think children can learn many treatments by looking at the parents or babysitters such as respecting the nature and the environment by throwing rubbish in the trash, being sociable and polite by asking respectfully a favor or apologizinge when making made a mistake. However, family plays an important role in a child’s upbringing. it is not the only place they are easily influenced under the influence. The school is a wider society which makes an impression on them. The remarkable achievement of school is contributinglearning teamwork. Children can experience how to cooperate with peers who have come from a different backgrounds. The Experience of doing teamwork games or assignments in the kindergarten and after that in the school, helps them to gradually figure out what is the better way to encounter variant/various people. In conclusion, it is necessary that children get this fact from the older generation that they are a significant member of the community and as a next generation they have lots of social responsibility.
