Some people prefer to live in a house, while others feel that there are more advantages to living in an apartment. Are there more advantages that disadvantages of living in a house compared with living in an apartment? Nowadays there are mainly two types of accommodation available in almost all the cities such as houses and apartments. In this case, some people like to live in a house , while others like to live in an apartment. I think living in a house or an apartment will have its own benefits as well as drawbacks to people. To begin with, I can say that one of the best things about having a house is its privacy which means having more opportunity of peace and quiet. Moreover, we cannot can not ignore its spaciousness in comparisone with apartments. Also, it is a good choice for those who are fond of having their own garden, pets, yard and playground for both themselves and their children. Although However living in a house has its own benefits mentioned above, we should not neglect its disadvantages. Indeed, as they are expensive to purchase and maintain, their security is lower and there is less no close relationship with neighbors. On the other hand, apartments have their own attraction for inhabitants. Although they do not have houses convenienceconvenient, people who live in a flat feel much personal security as there is always a guard at the entrance and they can go for a long trip with less worry, without any tension and as there are so many inhabitants who are living all in one specific place, children can easily find friends and can play in the ground without any problem. In addition, it is more cost effective, but living in a flat may also have some disadvantages, people do not have the needed privacy and such a space to enjoy the real life. To sum up, I have to say that the best type of accommodation depends on different circumstances and personal preferences even though I personally prefer living in an apartment at this stage.
