However, the governments of richer nations should take more responsibility for helping the poorer nations in such areas. In last decades, we have witnessed the devastating phenomena that poor countries have has become poorer and poverty and illiteracy as well as poor health conditions are growing in them. As a result of more facilitiesy and higher amounts of money that are is available for the authorities of the developed countries, they could play a vital role in reducing financial deficit which poor countries are faced with. Some believe that Health health care might be the most critical problems that poor nations struggle with which needs a large variety of facilities and requirements includesing necessary medicines, professional physicians and nurses and health care centers such as hospitals or sterilized places to be resolved. It is obvious that not only could deprived nations not provide all facilities and financial resources for this case, but also they do not have qualified professionals to cure diseases especially acute illnesses, so if rich countries do not take action in this concern, the poor countries could not improve conditions relieve it all by themselves and dangerous sickness is more likely to pervades and all both nations would be affected. educational problems are in second priority for poverty‐stricken nations which rich countries could assist to be provided. since the governments of poor countries cannot afford the education facilities for most regions of countries, almost every child may not find the opportunity to use educational systems. Thus, this trend leads to losing a lots of potentionally successful humans potentials who may be able to help to develop all aspects of science. Therefore, it will be beneficial for developed countries as well as poor nations. The last but not the least, trading as the main way for gaining money for these nations has essential effect on the people's life. Since these nations are totally deprived of natural resources, trading is crucial for their economic systems. This is the case that rich countries could assist these nations either by establishing international companies in their countries which leads to decreasinge unemployment or give loans with less interest in longer time to provide a proper environment for economic, agricultureal and industryial improvements. In conclusion, although industrial countries do not have to support poor nations, it would have positive effects on all countries and benefit both nations to assist them, in that all countries are belong to the whole integrated world.
