Some people believed that there should be fixed punishments for each type of crime. Others, however,argue that the circumstances of an individual crime, and the motivation for committing it, should always be taken into account when deciding on the punishment. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. There has been a need for living in a civil society because of creating a sense of trust and security for citizens. To this end, first and the foremost, we should legislate comprehensive laws which and they should be enforced by some organizations like police and courts. Whether we should have fixed constant punishments for the same crimes or not is a passionate debate among people. Some say that no one should be able to enforce a law by her/his taste. For instance, if a crime leads to 10 years of detention, it should be fixed throughout the state. in all of a country. No one is allowed to cut down on his/her punishments by hiring a professional lawyer. It is not fair and can create an distrust atmosphere of distrust among people against towards laws. Looking at it from another standpoint, we should care about a motive behind a crime. There is an inevitable difference between those committing a crime by mistake or just one time and skilled thieves earning money from these ways and spending most of their life in detention. These skillful robbers should serve go to the long term jail without hesitatione. To sum up, it seems that it is quite hard to choose between these two options there is no way to choose one of those .therefore, I believe that we should curb the breeding ground for crime alleviate the fields of crimes in society with economic prosperity and devoting more time to rear our children.
