Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer. Risky jobs are sometimes profitable. There is a common question that as to how people should be secure in their practices and can be successful. Some people argue that there is more chance of success in the way of risks than being sensible to not have any errors. However, others claim that risky tasks can damage the entire job, therefore, avoiding mistakes is a properly useful solution to be a winner. In my view, not only can both of them be effective in different situations, but also we should consider moderation. First, some individuals select risky choices in their career and they maintain that it can bring for them sufficient opportunity to further their career. In fact, they believe that it is a key point job to avoid stability and making promote diversity in the environment of the work. To exemplify, a manager in a company try tries to employ laziness lazy employees beside hard worker working ones. Actually, they can solve some problems in an efficient way because they prefer not putting time a lot. Many an inventor invents some new and useful items by doing new dangerous practices and risks. Inventions has have been invented in risky ways for many years. Second, many a person tries to have a stable position without any risks. In addition, they cannot stand the consequences of an error and stresses of it. Hence, they always perform their tasks as correctly as they can. For instance, there are some managers that always select top students, or individuals with impressive resumes as wage-earners. Moreover, they reject people sounding not enough appropriate enough to be trying to hire a person. Not wanting to make a mistake, they reduce the probability of the risks of selections. To illustrate this more clearly, have disappointed with wrong actions, my friend tries to do all her duties without do take risks. From my perspective, we should consider moderation. Not only do we have different positions, but also we need to offering make a different decision. In other words, we cannot generalize it. Providing secure jobs sometimes in some situations is necessary. For example, people suffering from some specific disease like heart disease should avoid stress and risky positions. Conversely, some practices need something like mutation to flourish. Complicated though finding an answer for different challenges may seem, we can have option to take risks for solving, or try to act securely. By way of conclusion, not only should we consider moderation, but also we can select whichever ever that is helpful for a specific situation. Sometimes it is more useful to be a risky person than a secure one, but in other times/occasions some secure choices can be considerably valuable adoption. If people consider the positions perspective of the problems and duties, they will find a suitable way out to select their behavior.
