A large number of deaths are caused by road accidents. Why do so many road accidents occur? Make recommendations that would help to reduce the number of road accidents. Road accidents contribute to a great number of deaths each year. In the first suggest some ways to reduce them. From my point of view, human errors, road conditions and deficiencies in the vehicle are the primary reasons of accidents that should be taken into consideration. Undoubtedly, human errors can be addressed as a key factor in most accidents. Violation of essential driving rules like speeding, drunken driving, unsafe lane changes and distraction are classic examples of human errors that could result in a fatal accident. In my opinion, not only should the government treat law-breakers more harshly, but also it has a duty to provide some formal education for people. Furthermore, poor road conditions can be considered as one of the quite important causes of accidents. A case in point is poor weather condition that can lead to poor visibility and in consequence, bring about road accidents. Moreover, roads which are in a state of disrepair contribute to the number of road fatalities. To tackle these issues, it is crucial to equip roads with necessary facilities like road signs, speed control devices and speed bumps and humps. In addition, another measure to reduce car accidents is to redesign and rebuild roads. Finally, car deficiencies should be noted. For example, if you drive with a bald tyre or defective brakes, the possibility of accident will increase. Therefore, regular mechanical inspections could be a solution for decreasing the unworthy vehicles on the road. In conclusion, considering the above-mentioned suggestions, road accidents can be declined in a long-term plan. The government and the people both should make a significant contribution to this issue and reduce the amount of that.
