Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Overall, the widespread use of the Internet has a mostly positive effect on life in today’s world. In today’s fast-paced technological development, digital advances play a significant role. Internet as the pioneer of this progress has been dominated the world. Although some individuals warn of the probably negative impacts, I believe that the Internet and its merits have a positive effective effectively affected our lives. I feel this way for two reasons which I explore in the following essay. To begin with, fast-speed Internet has saved thousands of minutes of the world’s s’ population until now. Every aspect of our lives directly is linked to the Internet. For instance, people can search, order and receive any goods of their needs in a fraction of a second just using some googling and clicking on the Internet. Even paying the bills and taxes are now online. Saving citizens from transporting and getting stuck in heavy traffic congestions in a crowded city in order to purchase commodities is one of the advantages that the Internet has brought to us. As a personal experience, I do the majority of my bank transactions and buy necessities online while I am busy with my job early in the morning and get the goods at the end of the day . After work, I go directly home, avoiding wasting time in rush hour traffics; instead, I can dedicate the mentioned time for watching a good movie. Furthermore, the Internet actively helps to thrive in science and technology by connecting research worldwide so fast and easily. The results and arguments can be shared and discussed in a digital environment , no matter how far the distances are. Moreover, nowadays , not only do the researchers have access to the mutual experiments of their other counterparts, they can also hold scientific webinars online at the same time without bothering with long-distance travelling. As an illustration, finding a cure or vaccine for the recent pandemic rapidly, several researches have been conducting conducted by many universities around the world simultaneously and the only connection was through the Internet. Consequently, three vaccines were discovered successfully in different parts of the world. In conclusion, I firmly believe that the Internet and its worldwide positive influences are among the best facets of human lives. The reason is saving the precious time of citizens and the significant role in developing the research and science.
