Which of the following do you think is the most important factor for a student to succeed at college or university? 1. Tutors in the university 2. The encouragement from family and friends 3. High quality education from high school The question of what is the most striking factors for students to succeed has been debated for many years and it can have variable answers because it depends on people's personality and their situation and I have to mention that each of these three points are adequate per se, so for students' success they must be combined are led to another but if I want to classify them in terms of importance, from my viewpoint having an appropriate tutors in the university is most more remarkable than the others, and two points persuade me to put forward this view which I will explain with a couple of examples. At the outset, a college and the university are the new place for students which means they are new periods of students' lives which they want to experience, so tutors' existence can be beneficial for their adaptation in new spheres. For instance, most of the freshman freshmen are extremely shy and they have a problem when they enter to a college or a university such as taking courses, managing their exams or even finding new friends, so pleasant tutors can be beneficial for them. Another important point is that most of the tutors have a lot of experiences which they gain from various students during the time they have been working, so they are the best option for children to aid them in diverse areas or prepare them for their schedules and even encounter their problems. On the other hand, the encouragement from family and friends is also important but most of the children be are apart away from their parents when they become students at a university, so they cannot be practical remotely. Besides, high- quality education from high school cannot be striking always because may be the university major was does not match with the high school schedule. For example, my roommate is French and she lived in France since she was born but she immigrated to Turkey to study Turkish linguistics at university. To recap, although all the three points are important as each other, tutors are play the most significant role on in students' life because theyhave several experiences which can be beneficial for pupils.
