More and more qualified people are moving from poor to rich countries to fill vacancies in specialist areas like engineering, computing and medicine. Some people believe that by encouraging the movement of such people rich countries are stealing from poor countries. Others feel that this is only part of the natural movement of workers around the world. Today, by virtue of highly available opportunities in some countries many talented people leave their own countries for good to achieve a better life. Some think that this so-called “brain drain” should be prevented because of having constructive destructive effects on left developing countries’ economy and subsequently spreads poverty among people. Many, however, believe that it is an ordinary event and there is no concern about it. On the one hand, many people argue that the process of seeking a job in a better country is natural and throughout history it has happened. It is the obviously undeniable right of every the workforce to follow their ambitions to have a perfect job in an ideal place. Therefore, not only is it a markedly normal phenomenon, but also it should not be stopped. There are amid ample opportunity in developed countries, thereby attracting many talented people to attain their unfulfilled dreams which are not possibly attainable in their countries. Thus, the advocates of this matter consider it a fact which can pave the way for qualified people to access preferable proper facilities to improve themselves and also the host country. On the other hand, many are opponents of professional workers leaving their own country by professional workers to work in a rich one. They believe that it damages poor countries’ economy and then these countries cannot get rid of economic issues since no longer do their experts stay in their homeland. They think that the countrythey have invested in the students and teach taught them for future, so they should stay in order for their society to be advanced financially. Therefore, the country can make preparations for next generations to experience better quality of life. To address this matter, there are some measures that have been cited as the solutions such as persuading foreign countries to invest in the poor countries in the area where they need workforce. Thus, both countries can benefit from it.Consequently, although brain drain seems to be a natural movement, all countries should take some actions to slow it down due to in order to holding the world in balance.
