Some people claim that not enough of the waste from homes is recycled. They say that the only way to increase recycling is for governments to make it a legal requirement. To what extent do you think laws are needed to make people recycle more of their waste? Nowadays, consumerism has become an epidemic and an overwhelming issue among all over the world. It is argued that recyclable garbage disposals are not reused as adequately as it they could be. Although making people being aware of the significance of such a matter and widening their horizons are influential, it is not the sole solution for tackling this problem. In my opinion, to this end besides consciousness, strict legislation can help us to have a society with a more well-organized and severe system for recycling this huge amount of wastes. It is an irrefutable fact that the system of rules is a reinforced method for changing each community’sies’ destructive habits. One key factor behind controlling people over by law is the power of the government’s penalizing system which is a given principle to address this issue so far. In other words, people should care about sorting wasted materials into to different categories by a delicate inspection, otherwise they would be fined. For an instance organic household waste can be composted to make garden fertilizer. I hold the belief of this method’s efficiency via which individuals would be more cautious about bringing recyclable trashes back to use for a second time; this is how we could salvageing natural resources far more. Furthermore, there is no doubt that growing awareness around each problem is a major step to overcome it. To illustrate more, the government can organize mandatory workshops associated with waste products issues. Were people aware of the role that reusing materials after throwing them away plays, lots of natural resources would not be endangered as are now. This kind of workshops could comprise some bonuses like receiving gift cards for purchasing from the shops selling recycled products. Looking at the points discussed above, we can come to the conclusion that besides awareness, not only are is imposing laws so much efficient for reprocessing disposal wastes once more, but also it makes us to come up with new ideas and processing methods as a creative project to procedure which is beneficial for nature we belongs to. All in all, had we thought about reusing of our waste materials some decades ago, the nature was would not be on the edge of running out of its sources away as is happening now.
