Some countries have laws that prohibit animals being used in circuses other forms of entertainments because it is cruel to keep animals in an environment that can cause them stress. Should all countries have laws to prevent animals being used in circuses and similar forms of entertainment? Amin Since the turn of the 21th century, observing animal rights has been causing many strict bills for them to pass in numerous counties. The debate is heated in the community whether animals are being well treated in circuses, if we consider the beasts which are doing unnatural performances. Some might think the trainers in circuses keep the animals in quite adverse conditions. This essay focuses on how governments should make sure to avert misbehaviors against entertaining animals in circuses. Complaining about harsh treatments of animals, including strict punishments for them in order to motivate them to learn, animal right activists constantly impose pressure on the government to legislate an act in this respect. They believe animal trainers in circuses adopt extremely severe punishments against the animals to force them to learn what is interesting to the spectators. Circus managers, on the other hand, oppose the opinion. They state that their trainers are quite adept at teaching animals the routines surprising to the audience. Using an appropriate training process for each specific animal, the trainers exactly know how to treat each animal to minimize the period of learning and the level of punishments. Apart from that, the managers assert that the animals are mostly those who lost their parents in nature during childhood, and therefore leaving them alone would lead/cause them not to survive. Secondly, according to a valid research conducted recently, a group of scientists hold that even giants beasts, tigers, and lions for instance, which are kept far-off far off a wild environment are likely to enjoy getting the attention of humans, let alone domestic ones, such as cats, horses, and, dogs. Animal psychologists also claim that attracting people nudges animals toward mental states conditions which are quite interesting to the animals themselves. In a nutshell, form my point of view, governments should not simply legislate a strict act against activities impressive to both a large number of people and maybe the animals themselves. Rather, they should implement a wise strategy of a chain of supervisions to draw a line between those who observe animals' rights and those who violate them/do not.
