Some people claim that not enough of the waste from homes is recycled. They say that the only way to increase recycling is for governments to make it a legal requirement. To what extent do you think laws are needed to make people recycling more of their waste? In this day and age recycling is concerns a considerable issue which should be noticed by governments. Some people argue that household waste is not recycled properly and they believe that governments should impose severe laws to solve this problem. In my estimation, whether people assist their government in coping to cope with the problem or not relates to their cultural understanding of the concern. Developed countries in comparison with their developing counterparts encounter less fewer impediments and decently address the matter. It proves the fact that there is a direct link between culture and dealing with these affairs. Developed countries spend enough money on recycling and assign money to recycling centers. Moreover, they allocate too much time to related cultural activities. They estimate that by running campaigns and developing educational items, people will enthusiastically support the plan. Nevertheless, there are some people who surmise that educational and cultural affairs have small portion in this case. They suppose that governments should make laws and oppose severe fines for those who do not help the government out with recycling their waste. Although sorely determined laws enforce people to separate their waste for recycling process, education solves the problem essentially as positive attitudes significantly modifies humans' manner. Schools and parents can cultivate children and make them familiar with recycling and its substantial effect on life span of the earth. Overall, there are people who do not separate their waste in different bins to detriment of the environment. As they are not aware of the high importance of this topic, law enforcement is an effective solution. In contrast, there are some people that not only do they use recycle bins, but also they increase social awareness by their cultural activities. It should be considered that natural resources and the environment are valuable heritages from our ancestors which should be appositely transferred to the next generation.
