It is important for children to learn the difference between right and wrong at an early age. Punishment is necessary to help them learn this distinction. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion? What sort of punishment should parents and teachers be allowed to use to teach good behaviour to children? Parents always play a key role in their children's lives while/because they kids are constantly exposed to danger. Admittedly, the toddler age is a training period when the environment has have effects on their beahaviours. Thus, teaching them to assess right and wrong is a primary duty which parents should be aware of when punishment is necessary. First of all, from my point of view, although parents must have a great regard for the child's individuality, they should let them experiment with different challenging situations dare him/her to be in danger which causes/encourages them making to make a progress. As a result, a child may get effected by their surroundings. in addition, punishment is necessary but the corporal or emotional ones lead to irreparable damages such as isolation/: hermitic, nervous disorders, releasing their stress and of course spoiling the relationship between family and kids. Hence, it can be beneficial and helpful to decrease the criminal situations in the future. Therefore, not only would it not be cannot be dangerous but also it would be efficient. Further, it is mandatory that parents should be taught what kind of punishment they are allowed to use let them use. In my estimation, one of the useful methods which could be handled is that not to admire children for their wrong decisions. In another words, we should be aware of the fact that, the way in which children are raised raising/nurtured/reared/brought up shouldn't be as the same way as we were brought up and generations are all different with each other. To conclude, children need to learn the difference between positive and negative and parents should discipline them by the various methods cause to show them the right path. Melika Nafar
