Some people say that it is possible to tell a lot about a person's culture and character from their choice of clothes. Do you agree or disagree? It has been argued that people's appearance is a factor by which their attitudes can be interpreted. According to this, some of the society members assert that individuals' personalities and cultures can be understood by their way of clothing. However, it is disagreed that clothes are reliable trustful indicators of people's way of thinking. The impact of globalization on the resemblance of fashion styles and individuals' s different priorities to present themselves in social interactions are two main reasons to reject this argument. First, nowadays, with the ubiquity of international markets on the rise, the variety of products has been diminished. This leads to the similarity of people's way of dressing. For instance, it is conspicuous that articles of clothing in South Africa and Brazil are alike, although the nations do not share the same culture. Therefore, regarding the growth of similarity, people's outfits fail to reveal their culture and ethnicity. Secondly, a certain number amount of people do not make their appearance a priority. However, it does not mean that they are characteristically inferior to the others. For instance, according to a the recent survey, which has been conducted recently by a Ph.D. student, %38 of the aspiring students of the Art University of Tehran do not follow fashion and are less well-dressed compared with others. Nonetheless, they all come from the cultured families. It could be deducted conducted that there are other contributory factors indicating people's characters, and ostensible details are not sufficient for prediction of people's personalities, as the adage goes "you cannot judge a book by its cover". In conclusion, fast-growing globalization and individuals' different preferences lead to inability of their clothing to indicate their cultures and characters, thereby considering other factors for making a possibly thorough deduction about their morality and family roots.
