In some countries, governments are encouraging industries and businesses to move to regional areas outside the big cities. Do the advantages of this trend outweigh the disadvantages? In this rapidly changing world, we have witnessed that a vast variety of industries and companies have been developed in large cities. Although this trend could bring lots of advantages for modern life, many drawbacks would break out such as pollution and population explosion. many authorities suggest some resolution such as relocating industry plants or businesses from urban regions to the countysides which will reduce disadvantages of this new phenomenon. Some experts believe that this solution might aggravate enhance the problems in that rural areas are of limited facilities and infrastructure rather than big cities. Therefore, the owners and managers would be confronted with serious problems with corresponding and connecting with different companies for their routine tasks .besides, not only might commuting be time‐consuming for both either employees and or workers who live in cities to get to their workplaces, but also, they would be prone to more car accidents on the roads. In addition, the companies were more likely to recruit local‐workers which would raise the incidence of laying off approach in urban regions. On the other hand, decentralization plays a vital role in decreasing pollution and contamination from urban areas which have an important impact on improving citizens’ condition lifestyles. in other words, tremendous terminal diseases such as heart attack and lung cancers which are cited as a result of weather pollution, would be considerably managed/controlled lessened.in addition, while transferring industries might give rise to joblessness in big cities, it could increase job vacancy for rural workers. Last but not least, this approach would pave the way for developing areas which were poverty‐stricken and abandoned. In conclusion, many people maintain that reorganizing plants in rural areas would take a lot of energy and finance and is not sensible, whereas some others believe that benefits outweigh its cons. I, myself, believe that decentralization would be an essential step that should be encouraged to spread technologies and progress to in all points of a country and prevent from unwillingly immigration to larger cities.
