Some people think that spending a lot on holding wedding parties, birthday parties and other celebrations is just a waste of money. Others, however, think that these are necessary for individuals and the society. Discuss both views and give your opinion. Celebrating the pleasant occasions such as birthdays and weddings has been an old tradition that the majorities of people enjoy these ceremonies and consider them necessary in their life. Nevertheless, we have witnessed extravagant spending on these kinds of celebrations in the last decades which not only does it seem unnecessary expenditure, but also is regarded as showing off and misusing money. Some people believe that some events like marriage might happen once in every person's life, so it is important to make them memorable. Therefore, it is worth spending lots of money on to have luxurious parties in which they have enjoyable time with their friends and family. They maintain that in such stressful machinery life all individuals need some soothing and relaxing ways like gathering where they could be in the presentce time and just enjoy that moment rather than immerseing in their problems. On the other hand, some others asserted that this trend might lead to creating a new phenomenona where which all the people inevitably will follow the pioneers. Consequently, it may cause high pressure on all members of society especially those (who are) at the lowest level of the financial scale and might get them into debt for years just because of one ceremony. Furthermore, some introverted persons argue that not only are magnificent ceremonies not a relaxing place, but rather also they would be excessively so stressful places in which people feel uncomfortable. As a result, it would be better for them to choose other options to celebrate their events such as going on trips or holding the ceremonies with a friendly environment instead of experiencing a tough and formal situation in such ceremonies. In conclusion, while some people are willing to have a glorious celebration for special events, others cite that as a misleading solution for making delightful moments. I, myself, prefer to strike a balance in this case and have reasonable‐cost ceremony in a friendly ambiance.
