Writing workshop 94/09/27 As most people spend a major part of their adult life at work, job satisfaction is an important element of individual wellbeing. What factors contribute to job satisfaction? How realistic is the expectation of job satisfaction for all workers? A major part of our life is spent for the job and the amount of job satisfaction has significant impact on all of our life. Because of many factors, it's so realistic to expect all workers to have a favorite job. and job satisfaction. Each community needs a wide range of skills and workers to answer all of its major and minor necessities, then the works and its their attractions to workers are very different. Although people's expectations expectancies of their occupation are in a wide range, however, because of necessary qualifications for each job, each person can't get his or her expected job in a favorite field. Therefore, the amount of job contentment depends on the contentment of a person's background. Furthermore, the number amount of jobs that are favorite for most of people is limited,. Therefore, some people must select another job or field which isn't their favorite and it will decrease the amount of job contentment in the future. For example, in each work unit there is only one management /managing post and more than one expert workers who are qualified for that post. Then only one of those experts will be satisfied. Parents' master plan for to children has an essential influence on children's job in the future. If parents have a good plan for their children, they will have on time and adequate information and skills to qualify for their favorite job. You can be the youngest full professor in a famous university or a successful businessman if your parents have a good plan for you. Consequently, many factors affect the amount of workers' job satisfaction and it's realistic to imagine all workers feel fell satisfied with their job.
