Shima Some people suggest that children do not understand the world of work and schools should make all teenagers spend a short time working as well as studying academic subjects. To what extent do you agree? Reports often suggest that some schools offer work experience along with normal study, giving students the chance to gain some insight into real working situations while also having more traditional academic qualifications. Some experts and employers argue that some students graduate from school and university lacking the necessary tools to survive in the labour market. In my view, whilst it is necessary that the youth should acquire qualifications, it can also be essential to promote their experiences and develop conscience of what will be expected from them in the work world. For this reason it is good sense for teenagers to make some work experience as part of their education. Obviously, young people can adapt themselves to conditions of work and the employers's expectations. It can help them orient their plans and complete them to at the best of their abilities. By doing work experience , even if it is just making the coffee , the youth can identify benefits and drawbacks of working including time management and communication with other people commensurate owning to with their capabilities and knowledge. Furthermore, having work experience demonstrates diligence and weaknesses in a real working context, making students more employable. Not only does it give them a valuable advantage, but also offers them insight to; they are able to see what certain types of jobs are available entail at close range which will enable them to make an informed choice about their purpose porpuses. As be noted above, it is a brilliant/superb idea for students to do some kind of work experience
