To commence with, the merits of using the internet for shopping, working and communicating, timesaving is the major positive benefit. Online shopping is a convenient way to choose a variety of goods which they want to buy meaning that people can easily compare the quality and features of merchandises with each other in the a short time by with the push of bottom a button, so they will buy the best one which have a reasonable price and quality. Moreover, such applications such as Skype, Dropbox have utilized by employees. Consequently, these new-fashionedcutting-edge facilities cause worker staying at home or their office and sharing their ideas, hold their meeting instead of wasting their time for commuting. In that case it impacts on both individual aspects of work and environmental issues like reducing traffic and air pollution. In addition, communication via the Internet is useful for people especially ones those who are far from their families and their friends. To put is it simply, The the Internet has eliminated distance. It means, people can communicate with each other without any human face-to-face contact just by using social applications such as Viber, Face book, WhatsApp and Face time , To name but a few. Despite these aforementioned advantages, the negative effects of this trend cannot be denied. The main concern is about psychology aspect that people face on it. Slender sedentary life style, become introspective person, the destruction of human value, all of them which are a few of the drawbacks of it .Furthermore, people need to sense of hug and connect eye-to-eye to transfer the correct form of their emotions. These part of these issue is not possible when they use the Internet. Similarly, it causes an increase in the gap of among relatives/it makes the relatives drift apart. For instance, in the past people spent their time with each other in on special occasions but now a days most of them just sent the message . Some experts have suggested limiting people’s time spent outside which can be done by giving Technology options . For instance, people can transfer money or order something via the Internet . however , it is depended depends on people’s ‘s will . Some people prefer going to the bank because of the security concerns or some people want to see the product up close . Some experts say officials should locate shopping malls and entertainment facilities in cities boundaries. It reduces traffic on weekends and holidays . but , it makes people travel longer distances and this leadsleading to higher fuel consumption which in turn. more fuel consumption ends up in with air pollution. It may creatinge more problems than it solves . So , In conclusion , There are a few ways to solve this problem like locating building shopping malls outside the city but they also have their own side effects . at first , authorities should consider the pros and cons and then decide which way is more practical .

Happiness is considered very important in life. Why is it difficult to define? What factors are important in achieving happiness? In this day and age, life problems and stressful conditions have deteriorated compared to the past. Therefore, making every effort to provide a happiness in life is crucial. First of all, it is an axiom that the happiness is interpreted in various meanings ways by every individual. In other words, somebody thinks it will be achieved through material successes and more possession while others believe that their happiness is inextricably bound up in spiritual paths of life. Therefore, happiness is quiet complicated to define and it depends on everyone’s mindset. In my opinion, there are a multitude of factors which people’s happiness is positively affected by. In terms of health, physical and mental health are both invaluable gifts of life and anyone is responsible for preserving them as well. For instance, doing an exercise has much of a role to play in improving body health which in turn leads to getting happy considerably. Moreover, establishing close relationships with family members, particularly immediate ones is another main factor in this regard which everyone should care about. Besides, on the social side, not only do warn warm friendships bring about more happiness, but also they lead to preparing a peaceful environment which is an essential in life. In addition, from a career standpoint, my firm conviction is that only if everyone has deep interest in their job besides satisfactory income, will they be more satisfied and happy. However, negative impacts of stress at some work atmospheres cannot be denied. Last but not list, I strongly believe those who attempt to assist others such as poor people and disabled ones in solving their problems are more prone to be happy in their whole life since they always have positive interactions. I think self-awareness and self-knowledge are special characteristics of such people by which they become stand out from others. In conclusion, it is a fact that plenty of notions of different personalities causes diversity in the real meaning of happiness, even though the mentioned items in previous paragraphs are completely effective in obtaining it.

Moreover, you will bear the strain which is more than you could stand if you be fond of your job. There is a theory in psychology about motivation which holds that the more internal/intrinsic motivation you have, the more success you will achieve. In other words, the best stimulus for anybody is their interest to encourage them to work harder. Next, we are spending a third of our lives at our workplaces. Therefore, our interest should be taken into consideration when we are choosing our jobs. When you do like your work, you will feel deeper contentment and it is obvious that job satisfaction is considered a vital element of mental health. To conclude, I opine that human resources employees should gain a general knowledge of the new staff for two purposes. First, this knowledge can help employers to know which project should be turned over to the workers according to their skills. Second, they get informed that each employee has which penchant in order to be assigned the task which is their favorite, so the possibility of their success will be increased. Moreover, according to research, I believe that managers should put a premium on individuals’ interests to have more productive and adept employees. However, the distinctions between people are the most important factor which should be regarded as the cause source of increasing efficiencyof escalating function.

For instance in my last year of the university I decided to specialize in one law , so I studied women's rights and now I have a lot of articles and experience in this file also students can easily remember the topic because the subject and details are the same . In addition , If students study one subjects , they can have a more powerful resume and provides better performance . Nowadays companies wants skilled people in different files , so they see your resume . consequently , it is better to specialize in one files than having no expertise in any files . For example when I was in high school , we had a teacher who taught us math , geography and Quran and when you asked him some questions out of the books , he could not answer because he did not specialize in any of those lessons . Last but not least , some people believes that it is more beneficial for students to have broad knowledge of various subjects because people totally must possess useful skills and experience to manage difficult situations in life . Besides, the government should not discriminate between the rich and the poor and the income disparity should not be an obstacle in this issue. For instance, the government can provide internet access via public centers such as libraries, schools, universities and other public places which people use in their daily life. This is why the role of the government is important in this regard. On the other hand, the government is not responsible for providing free internet to all people. However, in poor areas this is different and the government should provide facilities for them. For example, they can be exempt from paying taxes or pay less for internet access. In general, easy internet access helps people to visit internet sites and download information quickly and reliably which in turn leads to their knowledge increasing. So overall, I believe that, today internet access is a human need and governments must make every effort to provide free or cheap access for people.
