Every county has poor people and every county has different ways of dealing with the poor. What are some of the reasons for world poverty? What can we do to help the poor? Today, poverty is an absolutely main problem which most of the countries are dealing with it. This essay will discuss some of the reasons for this poverty and what can be done to prevent it. First of all, the government should have special attention to unemployment. The Lack of job causes renders people unablecannot to obtain income which in turn increases corruption and poverty in society. However, some people can create a job for themselves and help others to have job through this method. Moreover, the government can give facilities to help the people and should have sufficient supervision on spending money. In other words, dividing wealth equally among the people has much of a role to play in solving income disparity. Furthermore, the war has quite negative impacts on the economy of multitude nations. In war situations, not only are people struggling to survive but also living standards are dropping sharply, hence poverty spreads among the people. In this case, the government spends money on arms rather than focusing on people’s livelihoods. In addition, governments should manage their facilities such as human resources, mines and other advantages which they have. For instance, they can employ young people to increase their productivity and GDP. Also, they must prevent the people from selling the row raw material to the other countries. For example, they can apply row raw material to produce products which are more invaluableof value. In conclusion, I believe that there are a large number of reasons for poverty. Unemployment, the war and the gap between the rich and poor are some clear examples for the mentioned issue which should be considered and solved by the government and people.

Besides, soon there will be not ample lands able to sustain life on earth, additionally, the matter of waste materials and pollution is a colossal problem. These wastes and debris are currently cumulating on each other in our disposal sites and oceans. Above all else, Global Warming definitely leads to many catastrophes throughout the world, an example of such is the incremental ratio of the type-5 hurricanes. Studies and statistics by scientists underscore the fact that with the aforementioned trend, life on earth is at on the brink of extinction, to say the least. I hold that to tackle the current problems, humans should search for other habitable places in our own galaxy. however, the path toward us is steep and strewn with immense amount of challenges, though, the advancements needed to address problems like space travel or engineering the green smart cities capable of coping with unforeseen circumstances, is one of partnership between governments and individuals, hence, a breadth volume of money and efforts is needed. I would like to stress that a couple of renowned companies have already embarked on solving the issues relative to space and engineering, for instance, Space X, Space IL, Virgin Galactic, to name but a few. To cut a long story short, when all is said and done, although at the first glance the utilitarian outcomes might seems farfetched, leaving the mother earth to foragingexplore another planets and places capable of sustaining life is inevitable, . thereby, providing money for the researches is the first step of triumph.

For centuries, libraries have been regarded as sources to spread knowledge and provide the site for educational gatherings. The emergence of other alternatives has led many to believe the end of the libraries’ era has come; I refute it, however. First, libraries can and do offer more than a place where books can be piled. It seems grossly unfair to ignore the fact that libraries have convincingly adjusted themselves to technology. Providing broadband internet connection, gathering a large number of issues from various magazines and journals, and offering educational tools such as atlases, libraries now have successfully managed to expand their realm in pursuit of modern technology. Now one can take advantage of all these handouts presented by generous libraries which can still attract a wide range of booklovers. Moreover, for long, libraries have been known to accommodate bibliotaphs and avid readers. These popular rendezvous for booklovers resemble a galaxy filled with shining books written by eminent authors, each of which has revolutionized a different field, and standing at the middle of this "treasure island", you can access all these glittering gems which can capture you and carry you to a new world the moment you touch them. I clearly recall my first day at the National Library when I was only a little boy, gazing at thousands of books. Mesmerized, captivated and speechless, I found myself surrounded by priceless items. The joy of touching books, browsing within them and through them, and listening to the sound of flipping a page is what a bibliophile would not miss for the world. To conclude, in spite of the fact that technology has given rise to other seemingly equivalent substitutes for libraries, I, as an avid reader, still consider them the irreplaceable heaven for people where they can open the gates to the world of books.

Secondly, those who live in the cities have new demands about modern spaces thus, many of them expect a new look from their cities. In addition, sometimes it would be more beneficial to demolish and rebuild the buildings with environmentally-friendly materials. By contrast, there is a consensus among experts that renovating would be more sustainable because the enhancement consumes fewer materials with long lifespans, like concrete, metal decks, or glass. so it would be more environmentally-friendly. also, while starting such big projects, it absolutely needs a great deal of time and energy, but renovating older ones can be possibly a better alternative. Moreover, not only does revitalizing take less time but also it would isbe cost-effective and helps governments and contractors to stay in budget. To sum up, although it seems that city expansions which are the result of huge constructions are definitely inevitable, it should be noted that renovation can have less negative impacts on our future cities.

Some people work for the same organization all their working life. Others think that it is better to work for different organizations. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. Today some people think that working for the same company is a bit better than experience experiencing different organisations. But on the other hand, someone believes it doesn’t seem like such a good idea. This variation might have different effects in the people’s working life span that can be discussed as in the following lines. First of all, I think probably the most plausible explanation of for remaining in the same company for many years is that people are afraid of losing the job and disability inability to find a new position. I contend this is the a conservative approach but it also shows people have a lot of loyalty to their companies and their jobs. In fact changing the company for too many times in the short period does not have a good feedback for the employers. So people can improve in their career and also will enhance their position in the future years as they are remaining in their organisations. On the other hand,Second, changing the work atmosphere after several years can have some advantages for the people. On the other hand, working in the new company is a major change in the life of most people. if people accept the risk and problem of this change they can obtain more work experiences in different companies with a diverse organisation culture. Although it possibly has the benefits such as improving social and work skills, people are hard and inflexible for changing positions and prefer a stable situation as they get older. So it is better to have the changes at the start of the working life rather than close to the retirement time. To sum up, in my opinion, I contend changing the working environment has a lot of benefits and its advantages in are more than its disadvantages if I we can handle its problems but I’d rather to have such a great change at the start of my working experiences.
