Some people warn that the era of the silver screen is coming to an end and that people will eventually lose interest in going to the cinema. Do you agree or disagree with this view? Give reason for your answer and include any relevant examples from your experience. The film industry is one of the oldest industries which could adjust itself with the modern technological advances to satisfy its widespread fans across the globe. While many believe that people are gradually losing their attention to the cinema, I arguably claim that this is not the case in general. I believe that by and large people will still go to the cinema enthusiastically. This short essay will elaborate on this heated debate with some personal experiences. Recent statistics conducted by a group of psychology student show that many people still tend to go to the cinema mainly because of its atmosphere. Tired of the hectic pace of modern life, many a person from different social strata goes to the cinema to communicate with other people having the same taste of artistic works. My grandpa for example prefers to go to the cinema to meet new people, and discuss about the films instead of watching a movie all alone at his luxurious home. Furthermore, I hold the idea that not only does going to the movies have personal benefits, but it is also to the good of society by creating jobs. Many positions involved in transportation, food and security have a close correlation with the usage of playhouses by people. Having said that, when it comes to a cultural activity specifically during the last decade the silver screen perhaps is not the first choice especially amongst the youth of today. By the advent of the Internet, and media stream applications such as Netflix almost everyone have access to the latest movies on the market, and thanks to the recent advances in home appliances, many families nowadays enjoy watching movies at their private place with their loved ones. Taking advantage of a home theatre system, not only ordinary people but also senior citizens, and those suffering from a kind of physical disability can experience watching a movie at their home with the same features a modern cinema offers. By way of conclusion, once again I reaffirm that although certain individuals cannot go to the movies owing to their time limitations, but still a majority of population like the silver screen with all their flaws. That still an overwhelming majority of people prefer watching a movie in modern cinemas is an indisputable fact.

Some parents are of the opinion that playhouses offer the best services to take care of their children. While others believe the only people their pre-school children receiving attention from is grandparent arms. I strongly agree with the first group. The day care centres provide a comprehensive child care programs. Not only do the kids are kept under a clever schedule but also they benefit from various trained and certified caregivers. Based on psychological researches, the pre-school years are known as crucial ages of children to bring up character formation. Besides, learning speed is extremely high during this period. Therefore, several children’s attributes including teamwork, creativity, and social behaviour will be flourished in a friendly and specialized atmosphere. It is worth mentioning that the licensed staffs are playing an essential role to recognize and evaluate child both mental and physical health. Moreover, they have been taught to cultivate kid’s inherent talents. The more sociable the children become, the more achievements will be gained in their adolescent. As for grandparents, although they shower their grandchildren with their unconditional love, the high age gap between them may result in numerous problems. The blood relationship and strong emotional bond are those two factors which disable grandparents to respond “NO” to any request arise from children. Unreasonable though the demand is, the grandparents will definitely comply with it. In interfering in the way children are raised, parents hardly succeed to make a steady and desirable way of fostering their children. Moreover, most of the grandparents are in their elderly ages so they are usually impatient to tolerate the naughtiness. Thus, the humorous entertainments may be found as an easy solution to calm down these devilish little ones. Unfortunately, grandparents often fail to address the kids’ needs. To conclude, in order to ensure the development of children, it is important to understand their needs like the trainers and parents do. Since grandparents are old, they are not expected to play an effective educational role.

In spite of the advances made in agriculture, many people around the world still go hungry. Why is this the case? What can be done about this problem? The past 50 years have seen a dramatic increase in the growth of technology in the agriculture domination. Despite these improvements, we witness a disastrous phenomenon which is symptomatic of famine among many people especially in poor countries. In this essay, I intend to investigate the causes of this disaster along with some viable solutions to it. Chief among the causes of this problem is unfairly disparate distribution of technological facilities associated with agriculture industry among different nations. Take Africa as an example, due to increased population in recent years as well as lack of available technology services in this field, the country is increasingly prone to many social and economic problems, one of which would certainly be the lack of sufficient food for its inhabitants. Another contributing factor would be changeable climate conditions and water shortage which cause plagues in food supply. All over the world many countries ‌suffer from deficient raw material because of either flood or drought happening in some seasons. As a result of climate change and global warming, the average temperature has drastically increased and the amount of rainfall has dropped which followed by less preliminary products in farms and gardens. Perhaps the most effective method for stem the tide of hunger would be for governments to store raw materials from fruitfully monsoon seasons which can be used as supplementary for the rest of the year. In other words, the more raw products they save, the more people they can feed. Another method would be helping from more affluent countries equipped with the latest technology to poorer ones. Donating part of their income, not only would they contribute in charity works but there would be fewer individuals suffering from food crisis in other miserable parts of the world. If people assumed the responsibility to help each other, the society could be a more homogenous place to live. In other words, governments have a huge responsibility in eradication of hunger, and so does everybody else. In conclusion, various reasons like population growth, bias distribution of technology in the world as well as climate change would lead to many hungry people throughout the world. Although, the given solutions are a vast oversimplification of this issue, they could constitute an efficient first step.

In developing countries, children in rural communities have less access to education. First and foremost, not only do leaders of the classes teach children scientific subjects, but they also guide them regarding the best way of behaving in social venues. To elaborates, schools are the first formal place students step into and get to know an array of rules like wearing a uniform and attending on time, to name just a few. Only when they participate in the traditional settings of educational systems, can they be aware of the importance of observing rules in society. On the other hand, the group of people who believes in computer and the internet considers the beneficial aspects of this way of educating. The case in point is being capable of working with hightech devices during childhood, under-aged generations will find a well-paid job as adults in the future. Children Educating by sitting in front of a screen for several hours have fewer distractions, hence their remarkable achievements in final exams. Last but not least is associated with the fact that mostly urbanites are not rich, thereby preferring less expensive way of studying. If their charges stay at home and enjoy on line classes, parents would not spend money on some items like cloth and books. On the whole, I once again restate my position as to the more benefits of placing schools and expert teachers for children.

Therefore, most of these celebrities cannot tolerate this intrusion into their privacy and try to keep their distance from crowded places. On the other hand, despite some drawbacks the benefits of being celebrity are many. Not only do the stars, including actors and sport players, have a high salary, but also they can earn an exorbitant amount of money through adverting different products or services for companies, hence wealthy celebrities. Besides, although superstars might have bothered with fan-following, they can use their fans in positive way. To exemplify, Ali Daei ,who is one of the most talented football player in Iran, gathers donation to help earthquake-stricken people in Kermanshah after last year earthquake. At last, the main conclusion to be drawn from this discussion is that being celebrity, though hard, has many benefits, which outweigh its drawbacks. Thus, were I to choose, I would definitely choose being famous despite all its difficulties.

Furthermore, in today’s changing world, there are many necessary fundamental skills for children to be learnt, two of which are computer or foreign language lessons. The question is, are the aged grandparents with their old-fashioned knowledge capable of teaching these skills perfectly? On the other hand, some other people claim that recently, hardly a month goes by without a painful news about children abuse in some inappropriate educational environments. To make my point crystal clear, from this viewpoint, not only are these centers profit-based organization, but also sometimes despite their exorbitant tuition fee, there is no efficient observation on teachers behavior, hence many mental issues in children created from their erroneous manner afterward, either consciously or unconsciously. To put in a nutshell, although grandparents may not be able to teach all the modern abilities to their beloved grandchildren, at least they put all their effort into taking care of their own flesh and blood as safe as possible. However, some essential required trainings must not be neglected. Thus, were I to choose, I would definitely try to strike a balance between this twomethods. To exemplify, children can be sent to kinder gardens under their grandparents’ distant observation to be both safe and educated simultaneously.

People against texts cite that picture news can communicate easily with them and they spend less time on reading news and immediately find out the whole context with simple pictures. Because pictures are a visual aspect of news our brain not has to require making an illustration, but some people claim that some detail information in the text can help to be informed completely. Meanwhile, some people also say that all news must be in form of videos and audios because they who are old and have not enough literacy cannot read the news by themselves. In addition, for disabled people it is easier to have some facilities which are suited to their situations.
