With an increasing population communicating via internet and text messaging, face to face communication will become a thing of the past. To what extent do you agree? Mona Meschi Over the last half century, many changes have happened in the human lifestyle which can be named as the internet revolutionary. Technology has encompassed our life, thought and most of all, our communications. Social networks like facebook, instagram, whatsapp, telegram, all are trying to find their way in the community. People work hard and have less time to meet their family or freinds friends face to face. text messaging helps people to do different works at the same time. Also, people have more chances to live in another countries,. therefore, the best way to get in touch with their relatives is meeting via the internet, so . So I think it is true that these social networks' spread is inevitable because of globalization. With the help/aid of these networks and softwares, we are always online and available. In spite of positive points, unfortunately, it has negative effects on communities too. Some educationalists think that human relations and society are disintegrating because of virtual communications. They try to listen to each other's s' voice less and less, they send emojies instead of their facial gestures/changes, So it results in loneliness and unsociability. They believe that one of the main reasons of hidden depression in society is the new way of communication. in consequence, I think after some years, people who are getting sick with social networks and the internet, try to come back to face to face meetings and to the lifestyle before the internet while they try to find a better way of using the internet and social networks.

And by that knowledge not only can they have better performance offer better favors such as quicker search than before, but also they can predict what the user is looking for before finishing his typing to search. Furthermore, you can benefit from other people's experiences indirectly. For an instance, when you use a navigation application, the service provider can route you better and easier by using gathered information from other clients, so users' life has been facilitated by sharing some data unintentionally from their cell phones. Whereas, in reality, some companies use clients' data to show them some ads about what they searched before or lead them to a direction where users don't want to. For example, they can change people's points of view or way of thinking to build the society they want. It can lead to appearance of a dependant civilization that cannot make a single decision independently. Another possible risk is, stored data are always in danger of being leaked and sniffed by hackers. Nowadays, hackers' activities are becoming more and more in the order of rising value of information and in some cases they succeeded because of lack of proper data protection,. Exactly what happened to some celebrities' photos which were stored in their ICloud account storage. In summary, although computerized data collection can help people save their time, it is only pleasant to the authorities due to having easy access to them and it is always a violation of individuals' rights.

What is the role of ethics in the transition from "urban government" to "urban governance"? Although "ethics" and "morals" look similar, they are terminologically different in English. The former can be considered to be the equivalent of traditions or rules, and the latter represents a personality, spirit or emotion that facilitates and motivates normal behavior. Indeed, ethics is an aspect of human behavior which is based on the philosophical system analysis that shows the differences between right and wrong. However, it can notcannot be considered quite distinct from morals. Interest in ethical issues in community management has also been linked to widespread changes in societies. Such reforms may have inappropriately changed the values of the public sector. Therefore, an ethical approach to management is introduced as a proper response to the completion of these reforms and to reduce its negative impact. These developments in approaches to urban management can also be traced in the transition from the concept of "urban government" to "urban governance". In fact, it can be considered as a theoretical and practical response to these changes and demands of the ethical urban management. To investigate these changes, in most studies have used the intellectual conflicts between the urban government and urban governance. Recently in conventional academic studies of governance theories, two broad applications can be identified: The first application is related to the nature of "organizations". In this application,where governance is defined as the involvement of a wide range of institutions and actors in the production of policies. According to this definition, the governance is wider than the government and the government is one of its components. Another application of the governance is about the "nature of relations between organizations". In this application, the governance includes a special form of order. Unlike the top-down control that exists in a hierarchical order, and as well as in contrast to the individual relationship in market order, governance requires ordering through networks and partnerships.

New technologies have changed the way children spend their free time. Do advantages of this outweigh disadvantages? In today's world, up-to-date technologies possess/play a key role in children's life. Although new technologies in the fields of teaching and learning have many benefits, in my opinion children should not spend their spare time with thatthem. On the one hand, according to most people, today's children are much more intelligent than the past and this issue originates from technological devices which are quite accessible. For this reason the power of analysis among children has been advanced. Furthermore, there are many applications and programs which are quite informative for children. For example, strategic games offer positive tips and it iswhich are educational for young players such as gaining several practical skills through playing games, enhancing problem-solving skills, fighting with problems and facing crucial occasions. Despite these said advantages, I believe that the downsides side of modern technological devices in children's leisure time is are more alarming/worrying. Nowadays, parents try to supply laptops, smart phones, play stations, x-boxes and much more besides via which their children be occupied in their spare time and be happy. Not only is this not a right attitude, but also this method could lead to deterioration in health of children. For instance, some children who are addicted to playing video games are not happy and they are dissociable and reticent persons, because they lack relationship with other people. Also sitting in front of the screen for several hours in succession might cause physical and mental problems such as eyesight problem, back bone diseases and depression. In conclusion, using modern technologies should be controlled because making keeping children entertained with technological devices long hours a day is detrimental.

Some people think that all university students should study whatever they like. Others believe that they should only be allowed to study subjects that will be useful in the future, such as those related to science and technology. Discuss both views and give your opinion. Opinions diverge greatly on what subjects students should study in the future. While some people argue that it is better for students to be forced into certain key subject areas, others believe that they should have liberty to choose every field they like. Personally, I think individuals should be free in this issue. On the one hand, I understand why some are of the opinion that students should be encouraged to study either science or technology. They may assert that such university courses are more likely to be beneficial than certain art degrees owing to more job opportunities they offer as well as career progression and higher salaries. That means the young learners gained gaining university qualifications in science areas, for example, are more likely to be financially stable, and therefore enjoying an improved quality of life. By the same token, as a result of the dominant role of technology in today's job market, most parents tend to show propensity a desire for that their offspring to being familiar with technological advances, being specialized in this area through tertiary education, which could ensure students' job prospects. On the other hand, I would side with those who are advocates of freedom in choosing a university major. From my point of view, if people were impelled to follow the subject that they are disuninterested in, not only would they not be successful, but also they would fail to continue/pursue their courses, falling behind their peers. Moreover, society and job market urge the necessity of competent/ qualified individuals in a variety of fields as all human beings' needs including accommodation, entertainment and education should be equally met. Then we require as many much architectures, artists and teachers as we need engineers and doctors. In conclusion, I would argue that although it seems that studying at some subjects mentioned above are is more financially rewarding, the people should be freeliberate to choose every subject they are willing to, because every person is born with different talents and tastes.
