Every day more and more buildings are pulled down and replaced with tall buildings. Is it a positive or negative development? One of the most important discussions in urbanization is skyscrapers and tall buildings. Many of experts believe speeding up of the construction could have after-effects such as inbreeding traffic, destroying the environment and destruction of the urban texture. When constructions aggregate in the area, accordingly more cars commute so it causes traffic jams. For example, in the north of the Tehran there are many tall buildings where streets and alleys are not symmetric with them and so that we encounter heavy traffic and thiswhich is due to the limited capacity of passing passages. Another serious problem is that tall buildings can harm the environment such that they have influence on air pollution. For instance towers which have been built in the west of Tehran, have blocked the air current approximately and that's one of the factors in of air pollution of Tehran. In addition, by immethodical constructions perhaps many trees have been cut down off and itwhich has dire consequences for our environment. Finally high-rise buildings can have a negative effect on urban texture namely old and ancient buildings. For example, we can refer to Yazd city, which contains many monuments. If tall buildings were created in that region it could damage them and caused irreparable losses and that is because of the tall high buildings Loosenloosen the soil region referenced. In a nutshell, unconventional construction can have a direct impact on urban traffic, air pollution, and changes the in urban texture.

In some countries it is thought advisable that children begin formal education at four or five years old, while in others they do not have to start school until they are seven or eight. How far do you agree with either of these views? Starting to learn institutional education at a very young age is more preferable in some teaching systems and in the other ones they start conventional schooling at 7 or 8. I believe that the latter approach is more accurate and starting formal educations in older ages would not create any problems/make any trouble for kids. First of all, the a more important issue than learning formal education for the young, is to learn how to be a better person inside the society. There are lots of valuable topics for them to learn such as creativity. Being creative could help a person far better than academical education in the work placespace or his/her routine life. In my experience, there are many people who create a better life only because of their creativity and even though they did not have any significant/magnificent degree, they were extremely successful in their life. So, training our children to be more creative has more priority than formal education Not only should our young generation be creative, but also we should teach them some social skills for the time they start becoming a member of our community. Learning to be a part of team and co-operate with other members of it is really necessary nowadays. Moreover, the ability of communicating with others and making new friends is so important. So/therefore, practicing with our kids to be more sociable would be more important than conventional education. In conclusion, as the formal education is important to raise more educated kids, there are some more important skills which are needed to be learned first and these kinds of skills had is better to be learned in younger ages and institutional educations can be started later.

Some people think that money is one of the most essential factors in promoting happiness. Do you think people can be happy without much money? What other factors contribute towards happiness? Money is considered by many people to be one of the most important contributing factors in happiness. In my opinion, although wealth plays an important role in this regard/being happy, there are some other spiritual factors leading to a happy life. First of all, I think before starting to talk talking about happiness I have to define the important elements having major roles in itbeing happy. I believe happiness is a combination of self-satisfaction, calmness in addition to internal peace which leads to a satisfied person with long-term in addition to short-term beneficial plans in mind. Considering this very the element I just mentioned, I believe money have has a critical role to in reducinge stress, anxiety and overthinking. Just imagine what if you could go to a sauna in on a freezing morning instead of attending your physics class or in on a hot summer day, you could go to a resort enjoying with your friends. These are just some a few simple examples of short-term happiness which are not affordable for everyone, so then I think we can buyt short-term happiness by with money or in on the other hand, wealthy people can purchase this kind of happiness easily by money. On the other hand, I argue that fortunately or regrettably we cannot buy true love, internal peace or our parents. All of us may experience loss of one of our beloved relatives., we know that money does not have anything much to do with his loss. There are a lot of wealthy people who suffer from insomnia and some other mental disorders such as depression. Not only are not the latter group of people not happy, but they also suffer every minutes of their life. We all know the middle class people who do not live in a palace or the rich parts of the city, but they are making the most out of life.enjoying their life at the most of it. In conclusion, I must say that I think it is really import to strike a balance between wealth and spirituality. I meant we are not here on earth merely to work and earn money. I think to be happy is an art that everyone can learn and with an average level of financial situation can achieve it. However, the path to achievinge this goal might be difficult and different from person to person, but this might be the true meaning of life.

Many jobs at around the house are done manually, but could have been done by machines instead. What are the advantages or disadvantages of this? Give your opinion and include relevant examples. Today, many manual tasks are done by machines, and housework is not an exception. However, there are some advantages for doing things them by hands that cause us to ponder about their fading. them. This essay tries to explains this dilemma. Firstly, these home jobshouse chores increase physical activities in people who these days suffer from some sedentary related diseases like the diabetes or coronary artery disease. Before invention of these appliances, people usually have burnt a lot of calories due todoing home activities and eventually these chores works helped them to keep a balance but machinery took this opportunity away from us. Another side effect of these home tools is forgetting handmade manual skills. For thousands of years the human has learnt how to use his hands for creating things or preparing foods, while by substitution of home gadgets for our hands, we will gradually lose our ancestors' legacy. Moreover, when our hands are idle, our brain also may become lazy and perhaps we could not be as creative as we used to be.well as the past. On the other hands, we are living in a world where that time is money, and undoubtedly using equipment and new technologies in home buys time for us. The Modern human should spend his time in learning processes or thinking about more important issues rather than cleaning floors or washing the dishes. For instance, it would be interesting when we are reading a book; a smart vacuum cleaner would runs around the house and charges itself automatically. In addition, the health and safety can be considered as byproducts of home appliances. For example, if we wash our clothes with a modern washing machine, we should not worry about the quality of washing when this new appliance uses some technologies for killing bacteria./bacteria-killing technologies In conclusion, although some drawbacks like lack of physical activities or losing hand and finger skills may result from home machinery, it seems that people can compensate them by the time that is saved with the help of same machines and used for engaging in sport activities.

Many museums charge for admission while others are free. Do you think the advantages of charging people for admission to museums outweigh the disadvantages? Museums can play an important cultural role in everyone's life. Taking care of our ancient heritage is very important and but needs money. I will evaluate both the positive and negative aspects of entrance fees. Although at first glance we may prefer free entrance, I believe advantages of charging for tickets are more. There are many benefits for an entrance fee. oneOne of which is with this money they can earn their operating costs,. For example the monthly salary of guards, electricity, renovation and maintenance cost. Moreover, with this money they can finance their research and development cost. For example projects relating to exploring ancient antiques or building new structures. With this budget museums can buy these antiques from market and black market in order to protect them. With strong museums' strong power, antiques will not go to some private galleriesy., as a result, these creatures objects will not be stocked where they do not belongin private galleries. Another important issue is when museums sell tickets they can adjust their budget accordingly to that, they can plan for their cost and projects. This adjustment results in more efficiency. Besides, when people pay money for it, they consider it more important than the time it is free. On the other hand, entrance fees can prevent poor people from attending to attend museums. The cultural effects of museums may be needed by all social classes. Attending to these places wouldn't go amiss for everyone. In conclusion, not only is an admission fee necessary but also inevitable. In order for to all social classes to can benefit from museums, it It is suggested that museums design discount and entry packages for special occasions.

Why Girls Tend to Choose Arts more than Science, Nazak https://sabaitc.com/index.php/workshop-speaking-writing/writing-workshop/mondays/244-monday-writing-workshop-1396/writing-workshop-monday-96-06-20/1476-why-girls-tend-to-choose-arts-more-than-science-nazak https://sabaitc.com/index.php/workshop-speaking-writing/writing-workshop/mondays/244-monday-writing-workshop-1396/writing-workshop-monday-96-06-20/1476-why-girls-tend-to-choose-arts-more-than-science-nazak

In some schools and universities, girls tend to choose arts subjects and boys tend to choose science subjects. Why do you think this is so? should this tendency be changed? Whether to study arts or science, every student, in spite of their gender, should be free to choose. Nevertheless, statistics demonstrate the fact that girls and boys are more into interested in selecting arts and science, respectively, as their subject of study. This essay will discuss the relating reasons and conclude whether this trend should be continued or not. Gender discrimination has always been a controversial issue. However, selecting a subject as a major is absolutely depends on every individual's talent and interest and it has to be regardless of to the sex of the students. The existing That studies illustrate the mentioned trend can only be explainable due to the reasons relating to human nature and taste. Firstly, women are created to love and care which made them more sensitive and softer. Therefore, they can be more eligible for and successful in arts. Secondly, not having women's tenderness, men prefer more problem solving and decision making. That is to say, they may go more for science in comparison with girls. Despite all Intellectual and behavioral differences between men and women, students select their subject of study according to their objectives and interests. Not only is it vital not to intervene in their notions, but also the students' tendency should be supported by both family and society. We should Simply let them choose their own favourite major even though the above-mentioned trenddespite the possibility of may forming. a meaningful trend. In conclusion, I assume that this gender-oriented subject-selection in some schools should have been accidental while students opt for a field of study which they are enthusiastic for. I believe that, students should be both supported and respected for their choices and no one should interfere in it.
