Some people think that children today are not as fit and healthy as in the past. Do you agree or disagree with this statement? Give you opinion, reasons and solutions. In recent years, there has been an increased focus on issues that affect children as well as/and on improving their health. Considering the important role of children in societies, we face a variety of perspectives concerning their future, and in this regard there are a lot of people who are on of the opinion that the new generation are not as healthy and fit as those of previous ones while some others are strongly against it. When it comes to this notion I maintain the idea that children nowadays suffer different kinds of physical and emotional problems that that their parents rarely experienced. such issues. Regrettably nowadays human kindhumankind is suffering from a variety of health problems such as obesity, hypertension, insomnia, depression and arthritis, (and out of the mentioned issues) among which obesity is prevalent among children. Based on a new research (have done by) the faculty of health and medical science of UCLA (more than 65 per cent) roughly twothirds of children who were born after 2011 are overweight with in an average of five decayed toothteeth. It goes without saying that spending so much time in front of the magic box watching exciting cartoons or playing with video games instead of physical activities is a result of modernity and would result in unhealthiness of the new generation. In the last ten years most mothers have started working out of the home, and as a result, they do not have much time to spend in their kitchen to cook for their family. This leads to an increase in of the consumption of fast foods like hamburgers, French fries and fuzzy-drinkable beverages. Since most of these types of fast food have/possess Having FDA approval, for most fast foods, children most often eat tses foods excessively exceed having junk food, and this is another main factor of unhealthy children. What makes it worse is that regrettably/sadly not only do parents prevent their children from of having such greasy foods but also in mass media there are plenty of advertisements to push children into of consuming such foods. However, there are some people who claim that defying the conception of appearance of children today, due to the advancements in medical science the new generation have less fewer health problems than before. In another words, genetically modified products are less harmful for our health than casual products but this has been is something on the spotlight for years and there are is not enough evidence for such a claim. In conclusion, I believe that less activity will definitely lead to obesity and other health problems and today’s children must much change their lifestyle or they will face more serious problems in their old ages. Having adequate exercise is another critical factor in improving to improve health, so I strongly suggest that parents must compel their children to take part in outdoor activities rather than spending time in front of a television.

Now, how some people still believe that little kids or students should be taught separately when they have to accompany together in the symphony of life? These kinds of people look at the community from some outdated viewpoints which define men and women as completely different types and usually give more privileges to the former/men. Moreover, in some faiths, communication with the opposite sex, especially young onceones, is a sin and forbidden, except with some relatives. In addition, sometimes these people try to give some so-called reasonable explanations for separating/segregating children in school like improving concentration and avoiding problems like unintended pregnancies some sexual crimes which none of themnone of which has not been proven until now. On the other side, proponents of co-educational schools are endeavouring for equal rights and conditions for children regardless of apart from their gender. They attempt to adapt educational methods to the last finding in the area of psychology and sociology which tell us about the benefits of mixing young boys and girls in early years of life. When kids grow up together, they will understand differences and equality among them between themselves and will not require any instructions or books like "Men are from Mars", women are from Venus" in adulthood because they are not aliens. Furthermore, some researches on graduates of the mixeding school have shown a tremendous decrease in the gender bias where the co-educational systems are conducted. In conclusion, although many people in many societies still follow the idea of dividing boys and girls in schools and institutes, our generation as next decision makers should support the mixedgender education as a more beneficial system for children, those who probably will accept a role in a team which will be composed of difference races and genders in the future.

My firm conviction is that parents should grow the conscience in their children so that they obtain the ability to distinction distinguish right from wrong. Parents and teachers firstly provide good role modelling in their own behaviour to children to learn the difference between right and wrongmistake. Sometimes parents find see themselves in their kids and try to repeating patterns that what they spend in their childhood. however, most of the time it is not appropriate for their own children. My attitude is that parents should read books and magazine articles to use helpful strategies to be a good parents.Although, parents have a variety of ways, some of them choose the easiest one. when the parents lose temper withresent children they may miss lose their control and hurt to children using by the corporal punishment. By doing doind this they teach children that force is an acceptable way to makeing others do something. Moreover, ever they damage the relationship between children and parents. To sum up, parents should makeing the punishment proportionate to the crime. they can use several options such as detention, timeout.,... parents should develope responsibility to their children to make a the better future in their own life.
