Decisions can be made quickly, or they can be made after careful thought. Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? The decisions that people make quickly are always wrong. Use specific reasons and examples to support your opinion. People make decisions every day in their day‐to‐day activities. Some people make decisions quickly while others carefully think before making a decision. In this opinion, decisions can be made either quickly or after careful thought depending on the situation or circumstances a person finds himself in. I believe that, most of the time, decisions (that are) made in a hurry are poor ones decisions., and I think people should take their decisions after careful thought. When we want to do something that is important, we should consider all aspects of that work, and it would be better if we thought think more on it. For example when we want to choose a new job, we should survey all aspects of that and and then we decide to choose it. By thinking before making a decision, we can reduce the chance of mistakes. Thus, we can see better results when we allocate specific time for one decision. In addition, sometimes sharing a the decision with family, friends or close one's ones. It will get a better results.i I remember that I had to choose my major of my education, so i I discussed with my family and friends and used their advice, which helped me to make a correct decision however slow is the process.even though it was a slow process. On the other hand, my friend was in the same situation, because of her quick decision she couldn't follow her dreams.so makeing quickly decisions is not logical in this case. Although the best decision is one a decision that is made make with thinking, there are those some decisions that should be made decided quickly. In many emergency situations like we face someone collapse on street the first action that we should do is call SOS or police. In this case we should action and decide quickly. In conclusion,life is all about decision making, so . So, from above examples I say, it is always good to make decisions after giving careful thought. Decisions made in hastey always go wrong. The decisions what we made in past reflects what we are today and decisions that what we make today will decide our future, so . So it is always good to make decisions after giving careful thought to it.

Some people think that governments must insist on preserving traditional appearance of old buildings undergoing renovation or redevelopment. To what extent do you agree or disagree with the statement? There are a lot of people who are of the opinion that governments are responsible for taking to take care of historical buildings which are disappearing with/by the passage of time into new malls or residential complexes while others are completely against this. In this essay, I elaborate on this subject, and try to express my personal stance accordingly. I, personally, believe that the historic view of old buildings is a symbol of culture and architecture that existed in the past in that town. For example, Casablanca in Morocco is famous for violet houses with red ceilings., Thessaloniki in Greece is well‐known for white‐clay houses or people around who come to Masuleh, a small village located in the north of Iran, to visit old buildings with special architecture so people and governments are responsible for taking to take care of the appearance of traditional buildings or they will lose this tourist tourism attraction. On the other hand, maintenance of such old buildings is a costly project and that is why some owners cannot really care about preserving certain aspects of their buildings, and on the other hand, governments cannot afford to take care of all buildings. Here again I want to conclude that governments alone cannot do this job. alone. In from my viewpoint, it is not a good idea to build modern shopping centers in historic towns. In fact such a modern tower can damage the appearance of a historic city dramatically. Based on what I explained above, I persist in on the idea that people and governments together are both responsible to preserve the historic appearance of the city, and it is to the benefit of both sides to support each other.

Nowadays leisure industry products and modern gadgets are widely used by young people. The use of these products reduces the young generation's creativity. Do you agree or disagree with this statement? Modern gadgets and computer games were created with the purpose of development of societies, in order to live easier and a better life. However, there are wide ranges of youths who utilize these systems too much that it causes many harmful effects on among their development of their mind. At first, I clarify my opinion for this statement. I strongly agree that applying the modern devices is enticing. Besides, laziness and being overweight are the offspring of using a lot the modern systems. Likewise, some people are facing many problems in their relationship mainly because of the lack lake of communication with different types of people. Afterwards, people have a great responsibility to keep all this equipment far for away from the incorrect usage. In addition, there is no way to escape from technology. All these tools bring us more facilities and accommodation in our lives. However, if we desire to have a better society we should not disregard the manner of utilization. Furthermore, it would be better to have a discipline regarding the time managing for applying all this equipment and these websites to prevent addiction to them. Moreover, technology not only boosts our lives, but also progresses technology and the ways of learning. Namely, some game programs that are adjusted for the children to learn better the Alphabet and many other programmes for learning other languages. In conclusion, if all of us consider the way of applying the leisure industry products, or in other words use them to promote our knowledge and information, that it could be a constructive measure and in by this way not only do we improve our abilities, but also, our creativities.
