Previously, hiring workers until their retirement was more prevalent, but it has been producing making such a terrible outcome that today most of the company owners do not don't practice peruse it anymore, so that, they don't have to keep the idle workers who whom they are not as beneficial as they used to be, which Probably it could have a lot of reasons. For instance, physical or psychological problems, lack of incentive and getting older than the proper age for some certain jobs can cause the staff to become undisfunctional. Employing competent workers is are the most impressive factor in leading to lead a company to success. If the companies have to hold their work force until their retirement, they won't be able to assort their workers according to their needs, which changes day to day, and as a result, the workers should be always updated. The competitive situation not only makes people to do their best but also compels them to keep their knowledge up to date which could lead to increasinge the level of efficiency and hard working of the employees. Furthermore, it causes companiesy and consequently, the country to achieve impressive strike progresses. To sum up, I believe that the advantages of hiring people in a limited time outweigh the disadvantages. Not having to keep maintain the inefficient workers, possibility of replacing them and encouraging them to become more updated are some of the advantages.

In many countries schools have severe problems with student behaviour. What do you think are the causes of this? What solution can you suggest? Needless to say, students' student's misbehaviors especially in schools are one of the important and problematic issues in society. The root of this can be traced to families and friends. Firstly, on one hand, children's behaviors are the reflection of parents. It is worth knowing here that the first step of learning is imitating, so parents as those playing the most influential role in children's misbehaviors can be blamed lectured. On the other hand, friends emulate behaviors of one another regardless of to consequences. Provided that a child lives in an environment with a lot of misbehaviors, they probably will be induced to mischief. There are some measures that are already carried out in some countries and appropriate results emerged after taking into account some actions. One of them is the connection and relationship between parents and teachers. Not only can they help each other to how behave towards children, but also they can find out which behaviors are to the detriment of students. Another measure is specifically related to parents. This course of action has two aspects. Since children hate to be ignored, the first one is to /forgive/excuse/overlook/ignore/turn a blind eye to omit children's misbehaviors, not appalling ones, in order to punish them. Secondly, parents should bestow rewards to children for their virtuous behaviors. In this manner, pupils learn that they reap whatever they sow. To sum up, I strongly believe that parents can rectify children's behaviors by with rectifying their own behaviors. Moreover, they can monitor their children's friends (friends of their children) and give them some tips about how they can select good ones

Are there more advantages than disadvantages of living in a house compared with living in an apartment? Many people like to live in a house with gardens and backyards, but there are many others claiming that living in an apartment has more benefits than a house. House living proponents say that you have more privacy and convenience in houses rather than apartments despite the higher/more costs. Although having a garden or backyard imposes proposes more monthly expenditure, you can have more fun having them like holding a party there with friends or family and it's worth it. You can have more rooms for children and extra space for them to play compared to rather than apartments. Besides, living in a house will provide prepare you with the opportunity of raising plants around the house which and this will bring brought you a the sense of freshness. On the other hand, apartment lovers say they have benefits which could hardly be seen. They are much more secure than houses. You can easily go on a trip with less concern about robbery. When you are living in an apartment it is just enough to lock the front door and go everywhere you want. Maybe apartments are usually smaller than houses, but you can try to find a bigger one with more spaces and facilities, even modern ones with exotic designs. Apartments are usually have playing grounds for children where they can play together whereas children in houses despite having private playing yards, lose the chance of finding friends of the same age. In my opinion, it is better to live in a house if you can afford pass the expenses. Of course the chance of being burgled/robbed exists even if you lived in houses or apartments, but just only its proportion in houses is a little more. I will never lose the benefit of having a yard with a small pool placed in the middle and probably with colored fishes. Children will eventually find their friends of the same age either they lived in houses or in apartments. Living in houses would be more fun funnier than living in apartments in conditions that we had enough spaces to build up such homes. In a nutshell, living in houses or apartments both have pros and cons neither of which and none of them is more advantageous than the other except in certain circumstances but in the situations. Maybe it would be better to live in houses for all people, but in conditions where that the community has no spaces for building houses, then people ought to live in apartments.
