Rich countries should not employ skilled labour from poor countries, as poor countries need the workers more. N owadays, development of technology and transportation has led to being closer to each other. Maybe, the distances do not mean which they had in the past. People are travelling to another country as simple as possible for many reasons. Working for a higher salary is one of those. Some developed countries employ the workers who are living far from their families. Meanwhile, some people disagree with this issue and they argue developing countries should utilize their local labor force. Some people believe that the rich countries can hire the skilled workers from the low-level nations because they have a low wage. For instance, Bangladesh workers are the most part of the work force in Qatar which is preparing for the World Cup. In addition, some companies intend to use the low-wage workers. Not only do they receive the less money but they also do not request any other services like insurance. However, had they found any proper job in their countries, they would not have left their homes. On the other hand, some people opine the rich countries also steal the workers especially young ones from other nations. The poor countries are developing and they need these employers more than their rich counterparts. Besides, going abroad has several problems which homesickness is one of those. It can have several destructive mental problems especially on sensitive individuals. Plus, some workers deceived by high salary and good position but it is an empty promise. In other words, although they are enticed by the some companies, they will face a mirage at last.In conclusion, I personally believe each nation should use its own workers. Reversely, some countries which do not have sufficient young labor force for implementing big projects have to hire foreign skilled workers provided that there should not be any obligation in these cases.

Ali Khaleghifard, Imposing a Curfew https://sabaitc.com/index.php/workshop-speaking-writing/writing-workshop/2015-10-31-06-09-31/359-fridays-writing-workshop-1397/writing-workshop-friday-97-08-25/2504-ali-khaleghifard-imposing-a-curfew https://sabaitc.com/index.php/workshop-speaking-writing/writing-workshop/2015-10-31-06-09-31/359-fridays-writing-workshop-1397/writing-workshop-friday-97-08-25/2504-ali-khaleghifard-imposing-a-curfew

In some areas of the US, a ‘curfew’ is imposed, in which teenagers are not allowed to be out of doors after a particular time at night unless they are accompanied by an adult. What is your opinion about this? Recently, in some regions in the US, the officials have decided that only when children are keeping a fully grown person company, are they permitted to stay out of their homes. This prohibition, claimed by the authorities, can preserve them from some harmful conditions which have lay ahead in their way. In this, however, there are some considerable drawbacks which should be taken into account. On the one hand, there are some factors that have been cited as the main advantages of imposing a ‘curfew’ to protect teens from possibly perilous situations which there are after an exact time of night. It is obvious that many of teenagers cannot estimate exactly how dangerous the situations can be, or at least underestimate them. Furthermore, by virtue of having impulsive curiosity, children are more likely at the risk of available threats, and they are an easy victim for criminals. For example, they may be seduced or forced by a stranger to commit a crime which they do not have any awareness about its consequences. Therefore, being with a person who can recognize potential hazards is a seemingly acceptable limitation. On the other hand, limiting not-adults that they are not allowed to be out at a particular time may have some deleterious effects which have been quoted as the disadvantages of this decision of the governments. For instance, it can put them in an obsessive mental-situation that they are always in danger. They may be suspicious about every occurrences, so it can damage development of their self-confidence and subsequently make them more depend on their parents, thereby threatening their future which could be an otherwise potentially confident and successful one. Consequently, although laying down a ‘curfew’ to prevent children from being out too late seems to be reasonable, only if there are no other options, can it be considered the practically rational determination. Thus, it can be accepted by the citizens.

Nowadays we are producing more and more rubbish. Why do you think this is happening? What can governments do to help reduce the amount of rubbish produced? The problem of damaging the environment has sparked a heated debate among people. There are numerous different causes as to this difficulty. This essay will elaborate on this contentious issue and suggest that some possible solutions should be done by the government to tackle it. First and foremost, broadcasting new products’ advertisements ubiquitously, viewers are encouraged to buy an array of items not useful for them. In other words, they have become materialistic and this situation leads to them producing huge amounts of garbage. For example, couples who just got married and started a new family tend to buy different appliances regardless of their needs. Further and even more importantly is associated with the given that technological devices has increased the pace of production and the mass manufactured instruments could be another important responsible for creating the great amount of waste. Considering feasible ways of dealing with mentioned difficulty, only when authorities allocate enormous sums of budgets to producing disposable packaging, can they grow successful in facing the problem of continuously damaging the environment. In addition, not only can they levy extra taxes on plastic material such as bags for carrying shopping to home, but they also are capable of raising people’s awareness in regard to deleterious effects of garbage in living place. For instance, they can ask teachers to teach children how they can avoid purchasing unnecessary products. By way of conclusion, the most prominent reason is that individuals have become consumerism and tend to buy different devices, and managinging it needs the partnership between members of the public and the government.

In many countries children are engaged in some kind of paid work. Some people regard this as completely wrong, while others consider it as valuable work experience, important for learning and taking responsibility. What are your opinion on this? Child labor is a controversial subject that is followed by so many people and organizations, in particular, NGOs. They express that paid work can result in negative effects for children and their life and therefore it must be banned in all countries. The importance of education, the mental and physical side effects and the great value of playing are the main grounds that can be underlined. First of all, there is a widely agreed view that education bring about so many positive implications for their future. Education is highly correlated with good job opportunities and hence it is of significant importance to be well educated. Not only child labor reduce the possibility of studying and going to school, but also affect their mentality about an standard job for future. Therefore, parents should take these issues into consideration and not permit them to work. Secondly, work environments are not suitable for children. Beside hard physical situations, they may face different mental problems. Usually, circumstances in which children work are designed for adults and they may be in danger of child abuse. Furthermore, it may has negative impacts on their health and causing some diseases for them. Moreover, interaction with adults especially whom they are unfamiliar with can put them in danger of bullying, sexual harassment and so on. Although there can be some safe work environments, its the disadvantages overweight the possible advantages. In addition, there is a growing consensus that creativity plays a key role in successful future and barely can we find any basis for that except playing. There is no doubt that taking responsibility can make a difference in their growth but nowadays it is generally accepted that parents are able to teach taking responsibility through playing like enforcing them to protect and gather their play toys.To sum up, benefits of paid work are not considered as a justifiable excuse for child labor especially regarding its drawbacks. Family is the best possible choice for raising children and parents have the responsibility of boosting their qualities.

It is true that happiness is life’s most cherished goal, but since you can’t find any two individuals with same expectations from life, it’s definition may vary from one person to another. The same applies for the contributing factors. Happiness is usually used to describe a range of positive emotions, including joy, pride, and satisfaction or absence of certain negative emotions such as fear, sadness, anxiety and anger. But to find a unique meaning to it seems like a very difficult task and that’s mainly because of the fact that people see it from different perspectives. A specific way of life that is the most fulfilling for one person can be absolutely absurd for someone else. Therefore, it should be measured and described according to the circumstances and priorities of each person alone. With regard to happiness, several items can be named as effective factors and the most relevant ones are physical health, financial security, being socially and emotionally supported by their loved ones, to name but a few. In my point of view, however, it’s our own attitude towards life that makes us feel happy or unhappy. In order to be more content in life we should develop a “ positive thinking style”, meaning to always find a way to look at the bright side of every happening and choose not to get hung up on the undesired things that we are encountered with everyday. To conclude, in spite of being a personal understanding of life, people can find their own way of enhancing their inner peace and satisfaction , therefore happiness.

I personally believe that traveling has many perfect effects on travelers that I will discuss in this essay. By the advance technology innumerable facilities existed that they are more convenient and safer than the old means of transportation; such as airliner, trains, buses and another factor that it impetus people to traveling more is increase of travel companies that they advertise both internationally and locally trips by sharing lots of intriguing photos, so people have more motive to traveling. - Some people believe that there should be fixed punishments for each type of crime. Others, however, argue that the circumstances of an individual crime, and the motivation for committing it, should always be taken into account when deciding on the punishment. Discuss both views and give your own opinion. There is a belief that there should be fixed punishment for each type of crime while others claim that it should be flexible based on the circumstances. It is a debatable subject and I partially contribute to the idea that there should be pre-defined punishment for each crime provided that there are provisions for exceptions or specific circumstances. In one hand, there is no doubt that keeping a society healthy and keeping the crime rate less at the same time, there should be some rules and regulations to be implemented. In this regard, authorities and judiciary officials may set some certain rules and bylaws for each crime or even violation. For example, for driving laws there is certain amount of fixed money to be paid for crossing the standard high speed. In such cases the violated driver deliberately crossed the standard high speed and it is assumed that he is entitled to pay the fine. I personally agree to this idea that such a clear rules may help the society and people to have a better disciplined and secure social life. On the other hand, there are some fixed and strict punishments being exerted against the crime without considering the circumstances. An example can make it more crystal clear here. Should we imagine a murder committed against self-defense, even an ordinary person can perceive that it is not fair to exert the same punishment as a serial killer. In conclusion, I agree to the idea of having fixed punishment for each crime considering the fact that there are exceptions and specific conditions that needs to be taken into consideration in each case.

A number of tertiary courses require students to undertake a period of unpaid work at art institution or organization as part of their programme. What are the advantages and disadvantages of that? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience. In my point of view, there is no disadvantage in learning something in an experimental level. Nowadays, there are a lot of programmes during the academic lifetime which can be learnt not only by a professor in school but also a practical course in an institution or in the field. Some think this is not necessary and some encourage everyone to experience it at least once in their lifetime, and I might be in the second group. Getting to know the environment of the job that one is choosing helps him/her to stop flying high in the sky and put their feet on earth about it. Some youngsters study a major for a long time, and when they experience that in real life they find out that it was not something they had dreamed of! These courses will help people choose their carrier wisely. They help the students to assess themselves in reality and understand whether it is a real affection or just a projection. On the other hand, some jobs need practice to be learnt. Not only an academic experience can teach a doctor to operate on an individual in real, it is essential for him to watch too many operations and get involved while an experienced expert in doing so. In conclusion, I believe that as a sustainable development long-term program, governments should cooperate with universities to provide such institutions for every kind of job, for the young to make sure not only are they choosing what they like but also what they are able to do and are good at. This will help the society continue its growth without changing directions over and over again.
